Na'kal gives up lockpicking and forces the box open with a crowbar.

Andrew drops his welder and plasma cutter in a crate in the cargo hold and he picks up the sword and examines it.

Anyone been to the flight deck yet?

Na'kal snaps the box open after wedging the crowbar in between the lock. Inside the box turns out to be two frag grenades and a small blue keycard.

After examining the sword Andrew finds that it's scabbard has a mag lock with some sort of lock mechanism keeping it shut, as he picks it up the vibration coming through the scabbard causes him to feel nauseous but Andrew manages to hold onto his stomach.

"Neat."

Na'kal moves on to the door with the padlock. Instead of lockpicking it, he decides to just bust off the lock by hitting it with the crowbar.

Andrew examines the lock, deposits the sword and sighs.

"No sword for me, then. Might as well go have a look at the flight deck.

He then heads off to the flight deck, if possible.

[Kavrick]

Na'kal swings his crowbar down on the padlock, smashing it from the cabinet and sending it floating through the barracks.

In front of Andrew inside the flightdeck sits 3 stations; two in the front and one behind them, Andrew assumes that the front two are for communications and scanners, whilst the one at the back is the helm.

"Alright, lets see what we have here. . ."

Na'kal opens the closet and examines the contents.

Andrew heads off to the flight deck to examine the ship controls.

[Kavrick]

Na'kal opens the closet and peers inside, at the foot of the closet is a duffelbag with a single ammo box inside, in the middle rack are two Terran Autopistols and a single Stunbaton. On the top shelf is a single terran shotgun.

(I'm pretty sure i already described the controls to Andrew)

"Lots of weapons on this ship."

Na'kal begins gathering up all the items found thus far, and places them on the bunks in the barracks. He will separate them into likes of weapons, ammo, food, medical supplies, and misc.

Oh fun. Andrew starts off by examining the scanning console.

Andrew boots up the scanning console and is greeted with a familiar blue screen:
