She shrugs. Once they get to the trees, she starts drawing a circle out in the dirt, about six feet across, then begins writing strange symbols and shapes inside it.

Kurushimi watches, again sitting with their legs crossed. They seem rather interested.

After about ten minutes of this, the ground is thoroughly criscrossed with various forms of writing. There seems to be three different varieties; two different kinds of rune, and some larger shapes which are mostly simple geometric forms.

"Alright, we're gonna fish for something strong and dumb. Not too strong, though, not yet. Need to get a feel for this plane... here goes nothing." She begins to speak in an unsettling, nearly ear-grating language, sounding decidedly unnatural. Simply hearing it might make one look over their shoulder, looking instinctively for the malevolent presence it felt like was watching them...

Kurushimi watches, motionless. ...are they even breathing?

Lidia does indeed walks on through to the café -- but she makes sure to keep Ray in front of her.

The girl, that is still unnamed, groans as she holds her head.

The girl looks at Marie.

A woman with light green hair walks into the bar, talking to someone outside as she does so.
"Anyways, that's why I don't like robots."

The cafe.....is relatively normal. And empty.

Just a few normal humans inside, a few tables and the counter, which is stocked with cakes and biscuits. Well then.

Following behind Greenie is a man in a set of old-timey military fatigues, a badge on his shoulder proclaiming him to be a "Weapon", somewhat messy red-violet hair under his helmet, and a jaunty grin on his face.
"It's still crazy to me that you just talk about robots like they're nothing unusual."
Lidia watches from behind Ray.

The green one smirks back.

Various cakes and biscuits you might find in a coffee house or a cafe back home are on offer, as are some teas and coffee, with hot chocolate for kids.
