"Hell? Heaven? Purgatory? Real places?"

"Well... it's kinda there, they just don't called it the United States anymore."

"I do not understand, but it is possible. The Bible only holds information for mortal men, and if God has created realms further than the ones listed than so be it. I will try to speak to Him later, and let him decide if I should be enlightened. Anyhow, I suspect the reason that he has brought me, and perhaps some of you, here, is to rid this place of slavery, wherever we may be."

Imagine this is a completely different Earth, possibly with it's own heaven and hell and all that. _{Though I haven't really been able to feel the latter at all. . ."}

"A separate Heaven and Hell? Nonsense. The twin Kingdoms of God and Satan are eternal and infinitely all-encompassing, each over the size of a trillion universes."

John turns to the blonde boy, "That answers your question."

"There are a few gods. I think some of them are multiversal but I don't really know. There's definitely more than one hell, though, and a lot of times 'heaven' is a bunch of connected demiplanes and stuff that each god runs. Some plane groups only have one, though, so he's probably from one of those.

I kind of agree, big guy over there seems to know where he's going." With that, she follows Kurushimi.

A pause for impact, and then she giggles, like exactly what she appears to be, that, is a schoolgirl of some manner.
"Just messing with you~! The Great Cataclysm happened, so, Earth's, not really, there anymore, and now they, give or take a few places call themselves the North American Coalition."
