Lol yeah, I had the same problem. The only thing you need to do is put an asterisk or something in the s next to your multitool. It's because the bb code for a strike-through is ['s][/s] ( but without the apostrophe of course)

Medical Background: *Masochism, Sadism, Psychopathy, Mechanical left arm (With attachments for medical equipment), Twisted sense of morality and fashion.

Physical Description: Lithe figure, 6’7”/tall, lean/slender, sharp, deep blue eyes, short blonde hair, mechanical left arm, angular face.

Personal Background: *Highly regarded and respected surgeon who abused his medical license through breaching privacy with thorough, routine background checks, secretly experimenting with mechanical augmentation and attempting genetic manipulation (the latter to no success) on himself and ‘corrupt’/convicted patients. After enough testing on unwilling participants, Victor Fletcher “improved” himself; taking leave and shortly returning with a bionic arm with which he swiftly became proficient with. Resuming his inhumane experimentation while “punishing wrongdoers” and saving lives, Victor continued to act presumably under the radar before being apprehended (while ranting about justice) by a USPD team and held prisoner aboard the USCG Frontier to serve as manual labour until death. In the chaos of the ship exploding, Victor killed his captors during a medical examination, stole an ID (of a Mr Jacques Francis), uniform, classic mask, a large amount of medical supplies and snuffed out who he deemed malefactors along the way who’d otherwise escape the explosion before departing on board an escape pod.*
Victor Fletcher is a man who feels he is guided by fate, acting as a hand of fate himself and exacting ‘justice’ in the world. From saving the lives of innocents and allies of justice, his actions are all ‘cogs in his great machine’ to upgrade and evolve humanity both physically and socially, becoming the blade of judgement where he can (and sating his sadomasochistic streak) along the way.
Believing he is an ally of justice, the vigilante acts to protect the innocent and shall not harm those he is convinced have done no wrong, albeit he is frustrated that he can humanity only one at a time. That is at least, until he gets his hands on a power or opportunity to change it all himself.
It is unknown as to where Victor’s zealousness towards righteousness stems from, and he can be inefficient in improving humanity due to the fact that he is as gullible as he is twisted.
