Basically, our rules say to use 1d10 and to count 1 as a fumble. So everyone used 1d10 during character creation. Thus you will use 1d10 with 1 as a fumble for char creation, because redoing them all would be troublesome.

For the actual game, we will use 1d10 counting 10 as a 0 and a fumble, as it says on the ref sheet. This effectively makes the roll 0-9, or 1d10-1 for statistical purposes.

 Since atleast one person has missed this amazing tidbit, remember there is a level 0 for skills. Which you must buy.  Mostly because there are only 11 ranks in a skill, where about level 5 is expert awesome dude who is particularly notable, and by the time you get to about 8 yer one of the best people, if not the best person, in human space at whatever it is.

I suppose lv '0' means you know just enough not to righteously mess up (i.e, you don't get an unskilled penalty)

Any hint on our starting situation, aside from the starting planet? Are we all gonna meet in a space tavern, or get thrown together in a series of unfortunate events, or were all part of some group beforehand and thus know each other?

Should we prepare/buy a list of starting equipment? Ties into above.
