Did they ever fix that hospital bug?

The one where dwarves kept stealing cloth from caravans?
I know DFHack used to have a patch, but do you still have to run it manually?
Or is it fixed at startup?

Pretty sure it was fixed. Haven't had that happen in ages.

They fixed lots of hospital bugs. Dwarves even properly feed/water patients now.
