Tick -1: The Big Beginning

Elsewhere in the shimmering, crashing, chaotic sea under the empty, black, and sterile sky, a bubble survives the wrath of the waves, feeding on its short-lived siblings of the foam. Its saviors, the gods, awaken to defend their home, some more material than others. Creation of a proper world within the surviving bubble will likely be critical for the survival of such as Muda the Ambitious, Panzer the Protector and Heavenly Smith, Caring Ne'tharil, Cliche the Unexpected, Pharact the Mystic, Renagor the Quick, Lazan, Scribe of the Gods, Pisces the Serpent underr the Sea, and Iram the Watchful, Godly Marshal.

((Talk-only, 48h unless EXTENDed or SHORTENed, only one non-spherical world))

AD(H?)DIT: Added all PCs, hopefully

All Deities present hear a loud gurgling noise, and what sounds like a snorting hog-elephant hybrid's mating call coming from the deep Void. A hulking demonic figure emerges from the darkness, yawning audibly and scratching itself with what looks like a massive shadowy cleaver wrapped in barbed wire. It looks around, noting the infinite darkness with a bored expression, when it sees the other Deities, its face lights up with something that could be called a grin.

"YAWN EAUGH... MAN THAT WAS A HELLUVA NAP! SAY, WHERE'D EVERYTHING GO? AH MAN, REALITY MUSTA ATE ITSELF WHILE I WAS OUT COLD! AH WELL, WHO CARES? NOT ME! I GUESS IT'S UP TO US TO COME UP WITH A NEW WORLD, CAN'T HAVE CARNAGE WITHOUT A BATTLEFIELD YOU KNOW HOW IT GOES! THE NAME'S IRAM THE WRATHFUL, GOD OF WAR AND SAVAGERY! I'M NOT THE MOST ORIGINAL PERSON, ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS? WE COULD ALWAYS DO A DISC WORLD, THOSE ARE NEAT!"

"A disc? I suppose there could be worse shapes...."

I Suggest A Rotating Set of Four Large Cog Islands for the World. it Maximizes space.

"Such as this. How in the yet-to-be world would this maximize space?"

A small man in a well-worn yellow suit, topped by a matching, ratty fedora flips open a notebook, licks the end of a sharp pencil and glances at everyone present.

"Alright, folks, listen up! Can anyone tell me what happened here? Why is there nothing where there should be something?"

Points his pencil toward Organech

"You! You seem to think that limiting space to four cogs will maximize space available, did you have something to do with this? Trying to force your agenda on reluctant denizens for some nefarious scheme perhaps?"

"I can, and did at some point in the future. But not now, and perhaps not to you. Questions of the past can be saved for the future, for now we must make the future."
