Medea slowly lifts the cat up. The cat feels himself being pulled up, as if either being repulsed by the ground itself, or else pulled to some force in Medea's hand.
"Who are you?"

Alison muses to herself. "Huh. The magical community really is everything my mother said it would be, and more."

[USEC_OFFICER]

"A cat," the feline responds with a lazy yawn. He reaches out with a limb and gently boops Medea's nose. "I thought that would be obvious."

[Sanure]

Lunya exits her dorm looking rather refreshed as she stifles a yawn. She heads to the common room, and just tilts her head at what she sees, "What's going on?" HAH! That cat looks like it's about to get k- Niwra, Shut up.

"A cat," the feline responds with a lazy yawn. He reaches out with a limb and gently boops Medea's nose. "I thought that would be obvious."

Medea looks very much unamused. Which is to say, her expression doesn't change.

The cat is a cat. It doesn't seem to be particularly concerned about Medea's lack of amusement. Instead it just waits for some kind of reply or reaction from the girl, its fluffy tail idly twitching as it waits. Anyone with eyes in their head would notice its forked tail by now, unless they were too focused on the stare down that was occurring at the moment.

"'sit like... a demon cat or something?"

The cat scampers away from Medea after they are released, far enough away that he has time to react if she tried to grab him but close enough to show his lack of concern. "See? Was that so hard? I'm Osamu, by the way. Osamu Neko." With a calculated air of indifference, Osamu stretches out his leg and starts to groom himself with his tongue. "Yes. My last name is literally cat in Japanese. That's what you humans think is adorable when it comes to pet names. I'd change it if it wasn't so accurate, you know." Osamu makes a point of ignoring the 'demon cat' comment, rolling his eyes as if only uneducated people would ask such things.

Johannes looks over nervously at the talking cat, shifting his position on the couch.

If Alison's grin is to go by, she seems to find his pointed ignoring of her very funny.

Anna shrugs.

Medea seems very much apathetic again.

"That's it? I don't even get a pet from my antics? An affectionate touch? _{Maybe even a smile?}" the cat asks, once he is finished grooming himself.
