Johannes awkwardly looks towards the males of the group, raising his eyebrows

"Well, how are we gonna sort this out?"

"Well... So! Anyone here have any specific preferences for roommates?"

Alex looks at Alison with eyes of blazing sincerity. He considers putting his hand on her right shoulder, but decides they're nowhere near familiar enough with each other to do that.
A man needs to have his boundaries, after all.

"Don't worry, I'm sure my unknown power isn't magic cancelling."

"What do we do if we're not sure who or what we prefer, anyway?  This doesn't make any sense...

"I mean, no parties before exams, please, unless I'm invited." Johannes said with a slight chuckle

Alex immediately volunteers for being alone if it turns out to be necessary due to odd numbers.

Otherwise, he mentions that he doesn't care who he's with as long as they aren't annoying, don't snore, and don't turn into horrible monsters during the night. Transfers can always be arranged at a later date if he can't stand whom he ends up with.

"Hey I know you I think your the one who tore huge holes in my body?"

"Linger? Ha! I'm far past that topic at this point."
"Wha-no! I was asking if anyone here have any eligible person they feel like they'd like to room with."

"That is likely correct..."

They turn toward Aine.

"Unless I have suffered memory corruption, I was acting in self-defense. You also proved to be significantly less durable than data on human anatomy suggested; that amount of force should only have caused severe pain and mild chronic injury."

There's a sigh. "Alright, you know what, whatever. Also, hmmm... I guess I don't really know anyone well enough to select a roommate."

"We could all talk for a bit and see how things work out?"

"Oh there must have been a misunderstanding then i thought you were in trouble so i came to rescue you."

Peach farm?  Reminds me of one of the good bits of home...

It is grand here, isn't it?"

"Mmhmm, very grand. Anyways, yeah, peach farms are pretty cool. My parents run one, so that's why I grew up on one. Just wondering, where are you from?"
