Veikko is still sitting near Alisson brandishing a cane, so there's that.

"What do you mean by that?"

"Oh, I just mean I'm asking about your life before the Academy. Like, how was it like growing up? Your life story, I guess."

"Y-yes, actually. How did you guess?"
She turns around. Creepy eyes, grin, et cetera.

He responded with a sweet smile.

"As someone who's always been alone, it's not too hard to recognise a kindred spirit.

Alex almost thought he heard the sound of a distant girl going *hmph!*
The mind was a devious thing, playing tricks on him constantly, ever since he entered this magical world.

"Honestly, I've been feeling kind of lonely since I got..."

Huh? Is there something there?

He trailed off mid sentence. It was only for a fraction of a second, but Alex thought he'd seen something odd in Relspi's eyes. Without even thinking about what a strange thing it was to do, he gazed into them deeply, searching for what might have only been an illusion. A trick of the light.

"Right, well, I'll try to ask less questions... Should I take that as you don't want to potentially be friends?"

[Adragis]

Relspi frowns a little, eyes darting slightly to either side of him, but quickly begins to smile. Her eyes seem like they're boring into his, and the smile itself is nothing short of psychotic.

"It's okay, I'm not alone. I'm surrounded by people!"
She pauses, and looks very, very slightly dejected.
"...but I, um... don't know which ones to talk to."

"Well what do you enjoy, Medea?"
Isaac has look on his face that looks a little like determination, and a little mix of intrigue.
Heather sighs.
"Say, Imhotep, how about we arrange our room?"

"Sure thing! Lead the way, I suppose!"

Relspi frowns a little, eyes darting slightly to either side of him, but quickly begins to smile. Her eyes seem like they're boring into his, and the smile itself is nothing short of psychotic.

"It's okay, I'm not alone. I'm surrounded by people!"
She pauses, and looks very, very slightly dejected.
"...but I, um... don't know which ones to talk to."

Still totally oblivious to how weird he was being, as well as Relspi's psychotic smile, Alex continued to stare as far into her vibrant viridian eyes as he possibly could. Searching. Searching. What was it? There was no way it was just an illusion...
Without even realising, his head was slowly moving forward to get a better look. A chance at a clearer glimpse.

...Some sort of... Is it twinkling?

He was barely even conscious of what he was saying, so intense was his focus.

"You can always talk to me... It's not like I have... Anyone else to talk to."

Heather shrugs, and walks to the dorm room.

Imhotep follows, still smiling.

Relspi nods again, still staring straight back. Something about the situation seems vaguely off, but then again this is a magical school. Maybe it is playing tricks on her.
"I'll try."
From the top:
"So, umm... what's your name?"

"From what I hear, we can decorate these with whatever we want. We just have to think it."

[SOLDIER First]

Lyle enters the common room, beelining for a couch.
This couch happens to be occupied by a person, though. A bird person. He turns and murders her

"Hey, do you mind if I sit down?"

"Oh! That's interesting! Let me try..." Imhotep imagines her side of the bedroom containing a statue of Anubis, and a traditional egyptian bed.

Relspi nods again, still staring straight back. Something about the situation seems vaguely off, but then again this is a magical school. Maybe it is playing tricks on her.
"I'll try."
From the top:
"So, umm... what's your name?"

Alex's gaze was still locked with Relspi's, not wavering in the slightest, as he drew ever closer still. Extremely slowly, but slowly nonetheless. He felt like he was on the verge of some great truth, some incredible secret.

Like fireflies, or stars... But... Something else... What am I missing?

"Alexander... What's yours?"
