Veikko stands in the infirmary, leaning nonchalantly against the wall checking whether the Academy has any wifi while he waits for a nurse.

"Sure, Jason! Let's go."

[Kansa]

A smile spread across Lacie's face as the cat came up to her, she bent down and began to scratch it behind the ears.

[USEC_OFFICER]

The cat's purring grows louder as Lacie scratches it behind the ears. After nuzzling her hand for a moment, it plops down onto its hindquarters and enjoys the attention. Whenever it seems that Lacie is about to stop, the cat reaches up with its front legs to tug her hand back down. "Oh yeah. That's the ticket. Don't stop on me now. Uh, by the way, if you see another cat around here can you tell them to keep moving? This is my territory now. I don't want them to stink up the place. It's a cat thing. You wouldn't understand."

[Kansa]

Lacie took a small step backwards as the cat began speaking to her,
"You can talk?"

[USEC_OFFICER]

"Oh, I don't know. I guess I can talk, if you really want me to. What's on your mind? This better be important. I have cat things to do you know." The cat stares up at Lacie as she retreats, doing its best to look fluffy and pettable. A task which is supremely easy for it, given how fluffy and pettable it already is.

[Kansa]

For a moment she hesitated, then she spoke with new curiosity.
"So you're a magic cat?"

[USEC_OFFICER]

The cat glances down at its tail, which is unusually forked. "Yeah. I guess I can do magic and stuff. If I really wanted to. Why? Do you want to see something like that?"

[Kansa]

Quickly she went down to her pocket pulling out a small notebook,
"Yes please"

[USEC_OFFICER]

"Alright. If I have to." The cat sighs and stretches. And keeps on stretching until the cat is no longer a cat but in fact a cute boy. Obviously the cat shapeshifted into him, given his similarly white hair and piercing blue eyes. The forked tail jutting out of the back of his pants is also a dead give away. "Alright. So. Magic. _{Hopefully I don't mess this up.}" The boy reaches into his pocket and pulls out a deck of cards. After shuffling it carefully he holds it out to Lacie, trying his best to seem calm and collected. "Okay. Pick a card, any card. You, uh, do know how this goes, right?"

Jason smiles, and walks with Tiana back to his dorm room.
"I planned o-on cooking... for l-lunch. If that's okay..."
Heather opens up her purse, and drinks from a flask. She looks a little more energized.

Quietly a man approaches after a few more minutes something his eyes closed.
"Something the matter?"

"Okay, this is getting ridiculous. What are we all just standing around for?"

Edwinn hoists Jaune up as before and turns towards Alice.

"Point the way. We're taking this guy to the infirmary right now."

Lacie's eyes widened as the cat transformed, quickly she began taking notes as her eyes darted between her notebook and the boy now in front of her. As he offered the cards to her however she looked slightly confused before taking one,
"I guess this one."
