Anna pulls out a different small notepad and scribbles something down.

Avery gave a small sigh as he glanced back to the bickering. He spoke with his chill and calm voice bearing charismatic words, a hand motioning out in gesticulation as he spoke, "I may just be as ignorant as the next guy here, but magic in itself probably breaks the standard laws of physics that may be considered reasonable. It's hard to argue something that in itself is based off of uncertainty, right?"

"That's when you make hypotheses and perform experiments."

"Do you have evidence for it being a construct and not a natural phenomenon?"

"As in a social construct, not a physical one.   Humans have defined emotions based on their subjective interpretation of the world.  There are certainly parallels to biological responses, like anger and aggression, but I don't think there's necessarily a biological reason to label them thusly.

Just a hypothesis on my part, though."
