"Well... I've relaxed by the fire enough. I'm going to head back out to the common room."
And that's what Jace does. He goes out, sits, and... kind of uncomfortably looks at Heather some. He... doesn't actually have a lot of idea of what to do with his free time.

Heather continues reading, undisturbed.

Acair seems to be returning from his dorm.
Medea, it seems, has fallen asleep in the common room.
Alice is outside on a bench.

Jace's discomfort wasn't only caused by his inability to figure out what to actually do; he didn't have any idea how to act around the Alkedama, still unable to choose between being wary of her and not. After a little while of awkward pause, he went and grabbed a kit from his room, then went back out to sit down -- the kit, which he was taking inventory of, appeared to contain various medical items.

Isaac seems confused as to why Medea fell asleep in the middle of their conversation, but shrugs. He gently lifts her up with a projection, and opens the door to her dorm, and sets her down gently on her bed. He smiles, then leaves, closing the door behind him.
Heather is still just reading, undisturbed.
"Beautiful night, isn't it?"
Ashley steps up from behind Alice, looking up at the stars.

After thumbing through a few of his syringes and confirming he had everything he'd brought in that department, Jace takes a glance at the cover of her book. He was getting a little curious.

It seems Heather likes to keep custom book sleeves on her reading material. So, the cover isn't identifiable.

Well, so much for that then. He wasn't curious enough to push trying to figure out what she was reading or anything like that, so he riffled through the remainders of the kit and -- he recoiled his hand with a "Sss. Damn, really?" The antiseptic was leaking, and apparently he'd had a nick on his finger.

Heather's eyebrow raises. She sniffs. Blood. She slightly glanced up at Jace.

Jace had been in the process of holding the antiseptic container with his other hand and wrapping the leaking section with cloth when he noticed the Alkedama glancing up at him. He then stared at her, hands frozen midwrap.

Tiana finally exits her room, with her hair now being a mess of kinky curls, and her clothes now looking quite rumpled. She walks over to the couch, and faceplants on it.

Alice panics and garottes Ashley to death
"....yes, it is. Who are you?"
Acair returns to the common room.

"Most things, huh..."

Alex wasn't sure where Relspi had come from that let her know so little, but he didn't think it was right to ask. At least, not yet.

"Alright, start small. Ask me what you want to know about, and I'll do my best to answer."

"...I want to know about the new boats. The huge metal ones."

Heather stares.
"Your finger okay? Need me to heal it?"
"Ashley...? Your sponsor here? Assigned your dorm rooms...?"
She blinks.
Acair might note Isaac coming out of Medea's room.

"The enormous cargo ships, huh? Is there anything specific or do you just want a general rundown?"

At least in terms of the mundane, Alex was confident in his ability to explain almost anything. There were a few things that might have escaped his attention, but outside of the extremely obscure or disgustingly obscene, he had at least a basic knowledge.
