Osamu slowly yawns after listening to Anna's rant. "Whatever. You're pretty boring, you know that?" He turns to Vijaya instead and asks, "So? What's up with you? _{You aren't going to spaz out if I call you guy, right?}"

Medea, having seen the nonsense occur in front of her involving Anna and everyone else, simply sinks back into her chair, continuing to read.
Acair is also in the common room, off by himself as he seems to be messing around on his phone.
Alice is in the common room too, with a tea set in her lap and a tea cup in hand, sipping it.

"No, that will not upset me, at least until such time as I decide on a gender. As for how I'm doing. . . Vijaya looks at the mostly-empty plate of steak. "I may have been overzealous with my meal."

Anna is angry.  Very angry.  The area around her feels colder...

[Empiricist]

Veikko saunters into the common room, twirling his cane.
"Yo"
Again, he addresses no one in particular.

"Considering we have no idea as to this *Ahem* girl's powers, id suggest not pissng her off. What can you do anyway?"

[USEC_OFFICER]

"Alright guy. You seem like a pretty cool dude you know?" Osamu leans in to examine Vijaya's mostly-empty plate. "Well? What do you mean by overzealous? Did you enjoy it at least? If you did, I don't see the problem. Unless you choked on a bone or something." The boy is completely ignoring Anna at this point, not even bothering to look in her dierction.

Suddenly, Acair is standing between Anna and Osamu, as if holding the two back.
"There is no need to fight here, my fellow comrades in magical education! There is clearly some sort of misunderstanding that can be resolved with a little talk!"

Imhotep investigates Medea's book.

Medea immediately shuts her book, staring coldly at Imhotep without saying a word.

She simply smiles back. "So, what is that you're reading? It seems interesting."

[IamanElfCollaborator]

"It is none of your business."
The tone Medea says it in does not convey malice- nor much of anything at all. It seems more a statement of concrete fact, than some way of evading answering questions about it.

[SOLDIER First]

"...what the fuck."

Suddenly, Acair is standing between Anna and Osamu, as if holding the two back.

And hold Anna back they need to, because she is now trying to throttle Osamu.  Acair feels like the very air has gotten colder around Anna.

She isn't even saying anything.

Imhotep's smile falters slightly, but she continues anyway. "Oh, alright then! It must be private. What’s your name?"
