Only need the blaze rods now.  I wound up coming across 12 hidden ore glowstone blocks.  Got 30 dust off of it.

Edit: Initial ocean floor tunnel system set up, for someone who wants to build off of for the 10 below ocean surface, as well as to provide easier access/a spot to breathe for pillar construction.  Set up a farm on the roof of the brewery because there was space, and one around an infinite pool on a new pillar next to the brewery.  Feel free to move them.  Only non-cobble pillar is the support for the second sky farm.

No, it's cool. Thanks for the glowstone! I'll hopefully return with two blaze rods, or one blaze rod and a potion stand.

Didn't we get the pilot? Can't we scan his brain?
If we did, +1, but I think they either got scrambled by the tractor beam or got blown out into space.
This is a normal discussion, folks.

Go ahead.  Main server may be down right now, though.  It looks up, but you get shunted off to a lobby.

Stone supply is really low, so nothing much is reinforced, if anything.  Reason why I have all the valuables in my currently logged off inventory.  I'll put up a listing when I next get a look at what I have.

They said they'd trade for titanium, or I could hunt for blazes myself. Either way, I'm returning. Just no ore long-distance travel, please.

Guy by the name of nearlyNon who is seeking to map the entirety of the world came by at one point.  Offered him some bread since he recently had a death fall.  He was mildly interested in joining the faction due to the oil rig setup, but admited he was likely going to make one with his friends instead.  Makes me wonder if we get this set up enough, we could get a decent amount of people joining up in the faction.  Maybe convince them to join the forum as it is our primary route of communication and possibly gateway them to the rest of the forums?  I seem to remember that was one stated goal of the initial dwarven invaders that has fallen to the wayside...

Extended the dock pillar up to Above Ocean Level 1 and set up a small tree farm on top of it of four trees.  Thoughts on removing mainland claims and shifting it to Oak/Wheat island, the Rig, and the ocean between and around them?  Or should we keep the penninsula to the south and just abandon the northern one (which a claim was extended to only for the trees)?  Or should we keep it all and just expand a couple of the claims further into open water?

Told the Shah of Persia (found out capital is at 3700, 2900) we were acting as a direct democracy right now.  For the future, should we stick with this, or set up a point wherein we convert over to a DF-based system, and if the latter, when?  Or should we adopt Kiwi's suggestion, and if so at what point should the conversion be done?

Finally, we still need discussion on how we should respond to the Big Block and Persian alliance offers.  Should we go for defensive pact, simple non-agression pact with open borders, none at all, or...?  Furthermore, how should our contact with New Ireland and Alpoko?

It would be good if we get these questions answered soon, so would people kindly discuss these and not effectively ignore them like my prior questions about the Persia/Big Block alliance treaties seem to have been?

I would say start with non-aggression pact, and go from there.

The stairs are so deadly!

All the better to kill off invaders with.  The limitations (the 1845-1895 and 4815-4865 as building area for the Rig neccessitating upward construction will probably contribute a lot) should eventually cause the area to be a maze to make it hard for them to navigate, and I know the underwater areas could be rigged to flood in different ways (Having a Demolition corp armed with Flint and Steel plus TNT placed in a corridor for area denial, for example.  Heck, could work to wipe out stairs and open up drops in the upper area as well...)

I would say start with non-aggression pact, and go from there.

Since this seems to be the only feedback on the topic so far, I'll get one set up.  Any thoughts on the Government, Claims, and Recruitment areas of the agenda?

Welp, I'm 1/2 of the way home, but I've brought something back at least. Whoever guesses how many bone meal, between 1 & 10, there is in my inventory. They get the prize of a bottle of Persian Ale!
