B: Download this, install, play with TWBT without crashes. No issues with ttf or not. :P

Thank you.
Two quick questions:
-How do I activate TWBT in a already existing save? Just turn it on from the GUI?
-I'm having trouble finding where to put spacefox and realcolors.lua

Edit.
never mind i think i solved it

With just dfhack, you'd have to set PRINT_MODE to TWBT in init.txt and put multilevel <number> into dfhack.init.

I really hope we can get a real city built. I've always found it hard to build on the massive scale of an actual city, with enough homes, but that may just be my own lack of willingness to be ambitious. If I could have a turn, I would love one.

I REQUIRE TRIBUTE.

MY NAME SHALL BE 90908, MY PROFESSION DEMON PRINCE. MY VESSEL SHALL BE SKILLED IN THE ART OF WAR

ALL WILL BOW BEFORE MY CHEESY WRATH.

...
...
...
Please. This is all I have. The hope that my avatar in a virtual town will die in a pointless yet entertaining manner.

(I'm asking for a military human, nicknamed 90908 and with a custom profession name of Demon Lord.)

We have a rich tradition of percussion instruments as well, all of which are based around a musician smacking variously sized hollow rocks.
It was quite brutal actually. Who knew you could suffer major head trauma from undergarments?

Unluckily i had some things coming up IRL and i'm about halfway through the year. The bunker is complete. The outer fence lacks mechanisms but we're getting there.
Here is a screenshot to give you a rough idea of the situation.

That murky pool is an eyesore.

*considers getting a smaller tileset than vanilla default. Lot more embark squares visible on those screenshots*

Is that Meph's new tileset? I don't think I've ever seen it before.

That murky pool is an eyesore.

Agreed, though the way it's placed it shouldn't be too hard to develop, or to just get rid of it.

Ouch, even one of those things would be bad enough. Depending on how late it is I may or may not be able to do enough to write up until tomorrow, but I'm still here in either case.

I finally managed to find some time to finish year 189 and upload the save. Baffler is officially up and has 2 days to claim the save plus a week to complete the year

http://dffd.bay12games.com/file.php?id=12533

Here is a little summary of the year:
-creation of the bunker
-white langur invasion
-creation of outer wall
-cave brutes invasion
-setting of traps
-Giant white langur invasion
-completion of quarry roof
-cutting of (almost) all trees

In the next days i'll upload a revised and corrected story of the founding of Shieldgates, in the meantime settle for this crappy screenshot  :P

Just got it, but it's a bit late to start, heh. I'll probably write up a season a day.
