I'm on it.

After he departs, it occurs to Matthew that he has no clue where the water input would be. He decides to look for a janitor and force him/her to take him there.

((In addition, for Joe's information we need to get Carlisle to psych ward first. ))

They don't perma die from lethal damage unless you cut the head off

"I've got the explosives, not sure how to jury rig up a call-based detonator."

Drag the vamp doctor into the psych ward, follow the signs.  See if there are any oxygen tanks along the way.

((What exactly is my current means of detonation for the TNT?  Is it seriously Loony Tunes sticks of dynamite?  Or will any amount of heat/small explosion be enough to set it off?))

TNT is relatively inert. Which is why its the basis for plastic explosives and most artillery warhead payloads.

Plastic explosives, depending on the formula would make them even more inert and safe for humanity.

Detonators are usually small charges of a more volatile explosive, or a strong electric charge in some cases. I think most modern explosives can withstand electricity, but i'll look it up. Bread and butter TNT is easier to use than most of the modern stuff.

Switch firing mode to burst while moving to sidestep the charging vampire. Fire three bursts into him, center of mass.

Cool, so a small bang bang, or a bit of wiring and a switch directly into the sticks of dynamite will do the trick, I'll keep that in mind.

Burst fire at Jasper, goad crowd into attacking (spend willpower on that), die horribly, yadda yadda.

((Oh, and about Jasper's Melpominee, I was talking about a special restriction listed on the wiki you gave us a link to.

No character may have a rating in Melpominee higher than her Performance rating.

Jasper decides that he is willing to do terrible things... for family.

He turns his machine gun on the rioters.

Burst fire at Jasper, goad crowd into attacking (spend willpower on that), die horribly, yadda yadda.

Trump tries to fire, but finds his guns empty since he used all his ammo gesticulating in a speech. But he's tough, and he's a winner. So he prepares to brawl. He can brawl right? https://youtu.be/MMKFIHRpe7I

Jasper empties a m249 on the rioters and crits with 5 successes.  He massacres them, and the rest flee for dear life.

All the vampires burn willpower in attempt to not frenzy.

Bella, Rosalie and Esme close in on trump. Bella just lays into him with teeth and nails. (grab + bite) Rosalie and Esme attempt grapple holds. Trump resists for all he's worth.

Trump manages to fend Bella off. Their arms are locked in a deadly struggle.

Rosalie can't get a grip on Trump. Esme barely grabs hold of one of Trump's arms.

Alice closes the distance and sprints over to trump.

(( I like this system, no chunky salsa, except when it comes to guns... we kills you nice and slow ))
(( It seems that Trump's pro-wrestling experience paid off... no who am I kidding, it's just luck ))

"I'll make you bleed, freak!"

shoot the vamp charging towards me

Jacob lunges at Sean. Emmett tries to plow down Janeway.

Sean first has to dodge a swipe from the wounded Jacob, then attempt to take a shot at Emmet.

Sean avoids the swipe with a total of 2 successes against 1. Then he shoots at Emmet. +2 difficulty from dodging, -3 dice from 2nd action. And scores 1 success.

Janeway tries to dodge Emmett, who moves to grapple her. Emmett Supercrits with 10 successes. Janeway only scores 2.

Emmett squashes Janeway, landing on top her, pinning her down, grinding her rifle into her ribcage. It's all bashing damage, so Janeway can roll to soak it. She rolls 1 dice for stamina 1, and soaks 1 damage. She takes 8 bashing damage from Emmett pinning her down. (Bashing damage is not lethal.) Janeway passes out.

Emmett rolls to soak the shotgun blast. He has to use the sports armor first. It stops 1 damage, and ablates for another 2. Then he rolls his stamina for the remaining 5. 9 Stamina rolls... 6 successes. He takes no damage, but his armor is broken.

Trump takes no damage, amazingly, although he's arm to arm with Bella and Esme is clinging to him.

Vincent moves quickly, hoping the sight of weaponry will keep the hospital staff at bay momentarily, he takes Carlisle's keys, leaving Joe to support him alone, hopefully with Matthew's help if need be, and opens the fire indicator panel, shutting the fire alarm down. He then cuts the power lead to prevent its reactivation.
Vincent finds the nearest child, he fires twice into the air before grabbing her and holding his glock to her head. 'All staff, I want your deck phones.' Vincent didn't like what he had to do now, but they needed to hurry.
'I want blood for transfusion, all your haloperidol and all other IV sedatives you have in stock. Bring them to the psych ward. I'll be waiting with her.' he jerked the child's arm and began dragging her with them. They needed to make it there quickly.
As soon as they are out of earshot, Vincent speaks to the others only. 'We need to find the oxygen tanks. Joe, you're going to rig them to blow when we ring one of the deck phones. Matthew, I need you to find the water input for the sprinkler system and sever it.'

I'm on it.

After he departs, it occurs to Matthew that he has no clue where the water input would be. He decides to look for a janitor and force him/her to take him there.

Vincent rolls on intimidation + manipulation to get what he wants. Difficulty 8 for getting people to follow complicated orders under duress. Alleviated a bit by the gunfire punctuation (otherwised it'll be a 9 or 10 difficulty). He scores only 1 Success.

A few nurses bustle about and grab armfuls of drugs which are mostly the right stuff that he wants. Someone tries to call the police, but the Forks PD. is a bit occupied at the moment. The helpful secretary puts them on hold.

Joe drags Carlisle Cullen to the Psych wards... it should have its own oxygen, but if only you could recognize what the heck you're looking for.  You roll Intellligence + Medical at difficulty 8 and score 2 successes. You spot a couple of oxygen tanks.

Joe is also holding a vampire in tupor with a lot of holes in it, in the middle of the crazy ward. The patients all start screaming. The nurses panic.

Matthew finds a Janitor and shakes it a few times, demanding to know where "water input" is. But it's one of those made in China janitors. He no understands what you saying.
