((Note to any future readers who aren't keeping in touch with the OOC thread. Pisci's "Sight beyond Sight" ability was retconned for the sake of GM sanity.))

While attempting to view what lies beyond the physical plane, Pisci suddenly feels overwhelmed by psionic backlash. The satellites from her world which enabled her to so easily observe physical objects beyond physical matter without much stress were not present here, and her brain buckled in a way that it was not supposed to. Pisci felt dizzy, Nauseous and had the worst headache she could remember. Pisci lets out a piercing scream before stumbling for a bit, then passing out...

Ears pricking up at the piercing scream, Beau bounds over to wherever Pisci is, cane at the ready to fend off whatever wretched creatures might lay ahead.

"A comrade under fire!? A damsel in distress!? We must fly to their rescue! CHAAAARGE!"

((SG is Scientific Neutral, for Science Will Never Die, though in all honesty, probably Lawful Neutral or True Neutral.

Also, in FFX, there isn't really a Geneva convention yet due to the nature of Sin having only recently been destroying civilization one city at a time until it's final defeat. There are however people who will do anything to progress the power of humanity to fight off it and monsters, resulting in individuals of lesser ethics getting the knowledge and training to perform taboo acts of horrific science.  ))

The Spheres are Stored, and the Shed is now Opened and Checked.

While trying to open and search the shed, Sphere Grid Comments on the new Spheres.

"Hmm... 'Aggression', 'Growth', and 'Stupidity' Spheres, Strange and unknown, I cannot say for sure the precise effects of them, Though I admit with great Joy that the experiment was clearly a sucess on all fronts..."

"I Cast a spell using that Grass Circle which collapsed his potential and that of the grass ring into the most efficient shape to itself, though admittedly not the most storable, nor convenient, as other superior shapes might be..."

he hums.

"Either way, the man is now more 'it' than 'he', as the process of sphere conversion is usually quite lethal if one uses conventional biology as their modus sapientia."

Finding no enemies and only the unconscious form of Pisci, Beau mutters to himself under his breath...

"I don't see... Assailant could have gone... Carrots? Awful, vile things... Fairly sure she was one of... Take her to the others. "

With that, he hefts her over his shoulder and heads back to the shed where everyone else seemed to have been heading.

Merx sees Beau carrying Pisci

Upon being picked up, a substantial quantity of static sparks occur at the point where Pisci was first touched. While not especially harmful, its enough to hurt. She has no obvious injuries, but remains out for the time being.

The static sparks are mostly discharged by Beau's fur, and while it still surprises him the pain is next to nonexistent.

"What in god's name was that?"

Hearing Merx's question, he responds with a small shrug of the shoulder that Pisci was not draped over.

"Not a clue, there was a scream and I found her unconscious."

Rok Smasha picks up his club, and walks northwards by himself.

The inside of the hut is an elevator. Well, it's a bare room with some doors, a shag carpet and 2 buttons on a panel labeled "UP" and "DOWN"

The noises are coming from underground.
