The Rocker

I've watched a few Youtube interviews etc lately, where Tarn rocks in his seat. Is that a meditative thing? A mental mantra, a physical defect? Is this a known interview technique? What is going on with the rocking?

I used to rock on my seat a lot like that a few years ago and it was mostly just a habit that built up when sitting and being excited.  I still do it on occasion.

Idiosyncratic and habitual movements are a very normal thing for humans. There's not much to discuss about it.

Maybe he was a wooden rocking horse/rocking chair in a past life?
