Look for a squirrel, and possess it.
Than become it's blood and evaporate. Rain down on people.

You decide to possess a squirrel, so you start looking for one. you find one after a while, and you possess it. Then you evaporate it's blood and add it to yourself, but you just end up adding more steam to yourself. This makes you sad and forget to rain down on people. You then decide to try to figure out how to evaporate blood without turning it into water.

Ascend to godhood and force the villagers to worship us.
WE ARE THE LORD, WE ARE ALL THAT IS!

Start boasting about Us being the only being in the multiverse that can kill Us, then give the plebs that don't believe Us a proof that We're able to do it.

But first let them know that We're not, in any way watsoever, mad. We're the "Absolutely Nooooot Mad" God. That's Nooooot with five Os.

Ascend to godhood and force the villagers to worship us.

You need one more person to do that.
-thing involving being god-
And the needed quota is met. You ascend to godhood, and force all of the (insert number here) villagers to worship you, but they already are worshiping you.

But first let them know that We're not, in any way watsoever, mad. We're the "Absolutely Nooooot Mad" God. That's Nooooot with five Os.
You try to assure them that you are not mad, but you aren't sure if it worked.
AND MY FIRST COMMANDMENT IS:

THOU SHALT NOT BREAK EGGS FROM THE NARROW END!
You think about giving them a commandment, but commandments are broken often, so instead, you do it with a twist. You enforce your will upon the world so that the people of the village can't break the commandment unless its an accident, and you also change history so that they haven't ever broken eggs from the narrow end in the past in this village.

Honestly, Going from a unspecified sized town to a unspecified sized city, because they are a unspecified size, they are simultaneously very close and very far. This makes it that you can't actually teach you almost nonexistent doctrine to people that are always different distances every millisecond. But you can probably get to the Cityback easily. ( No going to the Cityback.)
