I code in C# doing asp.net and SQL stuff most of the day.
I read that Toady updated using Visual Studio.  Not sure what version.
Anyway, I look forward to seeing this project evolve.
I can probably write an Windows or Web app to interact with DF, but I'm sure there are plenty of stuff out there already working.

Currently, Visual Studio 2015 iirc, not sure of specifics beyond that, if any - I'd check the 43.04 release notes thread for more details.

However, if existing remoteFortressReader plugin (like used by Armok Vision) would be sufficient, don't need to create something that has to be recompiled every time DF/DFHack updates.

Sanctume, if you can make a cross-platform web app that can be hosted on a linux server, then i'd welcome the help :)
(I personally don't know C#, but i DO know that if you want cross platform C#, use Mono, not .net)
