A friend of mine (jeffl35 of irc.freenode.net) set up a noVNC server that i run Dwarf Fortress on. i've decided to invite you all to play (with permission from him) on the server to see how the fortress turns out.

Added Hotkeys for bedrooms/wood&stone workshops and potential cavern 1. Also, did a simple minecart track dig designation downwards, for potential future magma works.

Dead civ, and 2 temperate swamp/1 mountain 3x3 embark I take it?

Noticed the elven merchants, and put make spiked silver ball on repeat. No idea if there's any weaponsmiths, haven't unpaused.

Thanks to irc://freenode.net/jeffl35 talking, there's new embark (tech support by moony), based upon this, in year 197 (so lower pops and bit different history due this being on 43.05 - version difference). I predict undead/reanimation

Oh yeah it warned of giant hungry hyenas too.

Most skills according to nick at 5, expect for Mining/Mechanic skills (to be learned on the job)

Mechanic instead has Novice reader/Competent Wordsmith/Writer/Teacher.

DoctorTrainer has Diagnosis 4 and Wound Dresser 1.

Amusingly, the DanCarPick's dancing either stacked or got overwritten with native dancing, for an expert dancer on embark.

Marked some willows for cutting and d-p'd the embark. I miss dfhack

Marked wagon for deconstruction and command the building of  bunch of workshops (no wood burners/furnace ops rn tho). Note that one of those olive woods needs to be burned to charcoal or we'll get no picks or axes since can't convert coal to coke.

(there's also fungiwood, but that saved for beds).

Save got reverted, had to redo the wereass invasion (I DED). All the infected are now quarantined along with a tasty snack.
