Since I can't seem to find anything in the wiki, I'll ask here.  Can dwarves wear armor originally worn by goblins?  I know humans and elves wear larger armor, and the description for the goblin stuff says it's "fit" for a goblin, but I can't seem to find whether or not they're the same size as dwarves.

They can. Only the prefix matters.
For example, they can't wear large nor small armor.

Dwarves should be able to wear Elven clothes. Elves are the same size.

As mentioned, elves, dorfs, and goblins are the same size (or at least close enough). I buy all the underwear brought by the elven caravans (i.e. all 3 pieces) to replace the blood soaked worn out ones liberated from siegeing goblins, since dorfs can't produce it themselves.

Maybe dwarf/human/elf/goblin should be able to share clothes...
It is ridiculous troll and human both wear large clothes, because they are obviously not of the same scale level!

troll - xx large
ogre - xxx large

The large and small is relative. A human cannot wear Troll clothes, as to the human they are "large". To a dwarf they are both "large", just one by a long shot, and one by a bit.
