So, is everybody going on board? If not, then who is going and who is staying?

Since this is supposed to be a stealth mission, a smaller and quieter team would be better for the extraction, but having the rest of us on board for backup/distraction would be optimal.

Aubrey certainly is. Perhaps Boris will stay on board getting irradiated. And possibly Kesari on the scanners.

I could stay behind working on the bio-shield too, but that might not be a pressing issue.

I'm not sure how useful she is a straight fight, though.

Scarlet's very much a frontliner but I guess she wouldn't strictly be bad at stealth, so are we anticipating a fight?

Our plan is to avoid exactly that, but we should anyway.

Sadish could talk people into submission if we are caught.

in fact why don't we just send her down into the firefight to talk them all into submission. possibly this bacteria too, if it can hear.

I'm not sure I put many points into my CHA score.

Oh, right...

Sadish will offer to tell our enemies about the utensils used during the Third Dynasty in the Void Pyramids of Xnanoon V, and by the time she gets to the end (an end, anyway - I don't think there is a definite end where Sadish's trivia is concerned) we'll have made our escape unnoticed!

Tiruin once called what I did there a 'monsterpost' :P

It's been awhile since I've done one of them, actually in a game I was playing.

*Draignean mandates more monsterposts

Very nice Dwarmin, very nice indeed. This is one thing I loved about the concept of this game- just the sheer number of stories that anyone could tell about anything.

Moving on: been too busy to do more than block out the next turn, but will be working on moving forward soon enough. I realize that might not be soon enough, but it'll have to do.

Since when was that? o_o My memory is blank due to all the busyness I'm in lately, and anxiety too!

I would LOVE to see a situational scenario where this does, actually, happen. And within reason for best point score! :3
Bonus points if Draig writes us in as sneakily (comedically) getting away with it too.

Edit: So I may be lost along the way, but are we in the 'attack' phase of our plan to get our target? :D
I do not think crashing our ship into the station is a good plan, but using the sled instead \o/

Our cover story should be that we are salvagers salvaging the reunion or something.

Or just that we are actually running a resort ship hoho, come and visit.

It's worth noting that if there's three mercy ships already docked, our odds of feigning not-mercy status are probably pretty low.

Khate should probably not go on a stealth mission unless we're trying for refuge in audacity.

Kesari would be great for this mission! ...if only it didn't exclude 'wide open spaces' and 'long distance scouting areas' >.> I modeled her after a Mass Effect/Crysis Infiltrator and then did a few adjustments that required space to move. :I

That said, I do think Kari would stay back for scanner and intel reporting, since as far as I know, we can hook up our communications to the stations' communication network and (sans advertisements and spam) be able to safely communicate that way.

Kes could pretty much go on the mission though as a weapons platform that can run on walls, but she is not designed for close-range fighting. :P (Technically she can, due to using scout rifles and having a sound amplifier, but both are limited in use in a way)

It's worth noting that if there's three mercy ships already docked, our odds of feigning not-mercy status are probably pretty low.

I may be really missing something but correct me if I'm totally wrong :-X

> Varky left to the planet for the goat trade
> Assumedly the mercs now park in the only station that can receive ships
> We arrive and then scan and see all these (even that strange trader ship)?
= We probably have time to make plans. Either go planetside and chase that shuttle/interrupt the trade, or go aboard the station and do work there. We must assume that if Varky is coming back to the station, he'll notice the merc ships docked there...and get prepared.

Draignean: What're the chances that a personal ship has some kind of teleportation device that can 'transport' crew and other matter over a distance? I'm under that as a possibility :P
