It would appear to be a crudely drawn non-deterministic finite state machine made by Boris in an attempt to explain how to cycle the vent properly.

Yeah, sure, you're close enough the communications lag will be minimal even for basic stuff. It's just dialog though, so whether Boris will pick up/help or not is his choice.

Seriously, that diagram was the happy merger of DH's last OOC post, my scanner, and the pad of sticky notes by my desk. If it hadn't been for that, I would have had to actually make a cleanly designed and properly labelled FSD in GIMP, which wouldn't be nearly as fun or confusing.

HOWEVER, I also must emphasize priority to other...priorities going on in your life at the moment D: Maybe it's more me being concerned out of personal experience after writing big pages of text (Which I honestly love, but the difference is I've bad anxiety), and then burning out because...well it's more because of anxiety :v

But yeah, PLEASE KEEP AT IT :D

Same here :x will at least reply later on, but the next action goes with "either try to familiarize self with the processing of our ship AI and find similarities in other, more available designs (given that ours is from a defunct empire ;~;), or go bargain hunting for similar designs of these that are either in the junkyard or otherwise--either way, hunt down information on our AI or any leads to getting to know it more! There must be a tech expert willing to give intel on these glitches!'
