Character Name: Pisci
Character Bio: An augmented human who has had their eyes deliberately removed to enhance their psionic ability. Pisci's gender will be whatever gender is less common among the other players. Though technically blind, Pisci is able to "see" things within approximately a 25 foot radius around him. Some of Pisci's companions are uncomfortable using the washroom with Pisci anywhere nearby, and the explanation that clothing can be seen through just as easily as walls does not make them feel any better about it.

Pisci comes from a world of high technology, and worked for as a spy for an empire known as the Holy Felkatian Order, which sought to control the universe through total military dominance. Pisci was often able to complete to perform jobs such as information gathering and assassinations with stealth and clever use of psionic abilities without the need to get in any real fights. Pisci would eventually discover the presence of some kind of terrible monstrosity, and that the organization that they worked for was deliberately trying to bring it into the world. This was enough to get Pisci to doubt the ideals of the Holy Felkation Order and turn rogue...

Character Inventory
Pistol: A regular pistol that Pisci carries. Even people with psionic abilities sometimes just want to shoot someone.
Bag of nails: Regular metal nails. No less dangerous than bullets when launched with a powerful psionic force.
Stealth suit: A tight fitting black outfit, designed to be difficult to see in the dark.

Character Abilities
Sight without sight (Passive): Pisci is technically blind, but by constantly emitting faint psionic waves and interpreting their reflection, Pisci is able to tell the shape of any objects nearby. This ability can detect hidden and invisible beings, and Pisci can detect people and objects from any angle provided they are no further than 25 feet away. Things like walls will not block this "sight", though psionic disrupting powers such as the presence of certain eldritch abominations can throw it off. Pisci is unable to tell what color things are.
Mental Barrier (Passive): This character has a bonus 12 AC for the purpose of resisting mental attacks that directly affect the mind. This AC bonus even applies against abilities that specifically bypass conventional armor.
Force Push: Pisci violently pushes a nearby target away using psionic power, dealing 1d8 physical damage and an additional 1d4 damage if it knocks them into a wall.
Flash Step: Pisci uses a force push ability on theirself to move quickly in a straight line. Provides +5 dodge for the duration of the move. Colliding with something at high speed will cause 1d6 physical damage to both Pisci and whatever else was hit.
Mind Reader: Pisci psionically reads the thoughts of someone. Reading surface thoughts can be done without the target noticing this ability, though reading something the target is not actively thinking about requires a intelligence roll and can be resisted. Ineffective against mindless entities.
Takeover: Pisci attempts to take Psionic control of a target's body. Ignores AC, but can be resisted with an Int save or dodged. Each turn the victim may attempt to break free of the effect via an intelligence check. While being controlled a victims body will obey Pisci's thoughts, but the target generally cannot be forced to do things like cast spells. Ineffective against mindless entities.
Mind Fray: Pisci directly attacks a targets brain using psionic power. This ability ignores AC but can be resisted with an int roll and can be dodged. This power inflicts 1d4 damage, and can also inflict a myriad of other random problems as decided by the GM, things like nausea and sanity loss. Ineffective against mindless entities.
Just shoot him: Pisci shoots something with a pistol, dealing 1d8 physical damage. This attack can crit, and has a +10 bonus to crit if a targets mind is compromised and the target is at point-blank range
Make it Rain: Pisci tosses a bag of nails or needles into the air and then uses psionic power to move them at great speed to inflict 3d6 physical damage to all targets in a large area. A pouch of coins may be used as a substitute, dealing 1d6 damage instead. The contents of the pouch requires too much time to recollect in the heat of battle. This attack can crit.

Character Name: Rok Smasha

Character Bio: Born in a mountain troll tribe, Rok Smasha's early days were spent smashing wildlife with his club and eating the pulped remains. When he was performing the coming of age ceremony, which involved smashing and eating an adult troll, his tribe was attacked by midgets with 'pointy sticks and shiny skin'. His tribe was slaughtered to the last troll, Rok Smasha being left as dead, with multiple wounds and a shattered skull.

After Rok Smasha healed his terrible wounds, he was left with an intense hate towards midgets, and pulped any that crossed his path with murderous glee.

Character Abilities:
Regeneration (passive): Trolls are known for their regenerative powers, Rok Smasha recovers 5 hp per turn, and slowly heals serious wounds (like severed limbs).
Acidic Bile (active): Sprays 3d6 bile all over his enemies, dealing 1d5 acid damage for 2 turns after. 1 turn cooldown.
Midget Smasher (passive): Gains a 1d4 damage bonus when fighting smaller enemies, and a 5% chance to instakill smaller enemies when wielding a massive club of some sort.
Frenzy (passive): When struck for more than 10 damage, Rok Smasha goes into a beserk frenzy, lowering his AC by 5, but increasing his damage by 1d6.

Character skills:
Greenskin Awe (passive): Hailed as a deity by the savage greenskins, Rok Smasha is followed by a small retinue of 4 kobolds and 1 goblin. Although not very useful in combat, they can help with menial tasks, a great boon for a lazy troll.
Corpse Consumption (active): Fresh meat! Any sane trolls' favorite food. Rok Smasha can eat corpses to gain hp and stats, powerful enemies providing more bonuses than weaker ones.

Bio: Laila understands that sacrifices must be made for the good of all. She is one of the devout few who were willing sacrifice their very flesh and bone so they may better hold back the demonic hordes. In doing so, her soul was transplanted into a fortified body of clockwork design.

- Clockwork Armor: Why bother wearing armor when you can be the armor. No movement penalty.
- Silk Blue Scarf: Just because you can't feel cold, doesn't mean you can't be fashionable.
- Clockwork Blade: After adopting her new body, the first thing Leila did was install a collapsible sword into her arm. Then she decides swords are boring and turned it into a sword-shaped chainsaw. 1d10 damage
- Clockwork Cannon: An old classic, Leila turns her arm into a cannon that blasts a target with holy light, deals 1d8 damage as a ranged attack.

 Abilities:
- Clockwork Cloud (passive): Whenever an opponent attacks in melee range, they are buffeted by small, clockwork orbs. 1d4 damage
- Clockwork Fortitude (passive): Reduces incoming damage by half
- Spring of Enhanced Capacitor: Clears all debuffs and poisons, as well as restoring 1d6 health.
- Stance of the Guardian (toggle): When an ally in melee range gets attacked, roll a d20. If your roll is equal to, or higher than their attack roll, take the hit for them. AC and self buffs still apply.
- Guardian of Light (passive): Due to her good hearted nature, Laila has a disadvantage when attacking good, holy, or celestial targets. (having a flaw totally let's me get away with having an extra ability, right?)

Sphere Grid Science: The user accesses the Sphere Grid of a player or object, providing a short list of 3 expansions to one of their skills or abilities, which can be enacted by inserting spheres, spending them permanently.  This can only be done once in a while, at GM discretion.

Sphere Scavenging: The user can use their special techniques to find Spheres in loot piles, normally invisible to the naked eye.

Sphere Creation: The user can create Spheres from objects, given time and tools.

  Refined Resonance: Perform an effect based on the song played for six turns as the user attunes the song to a non-euclidean resonance frequency. [6 turn cooldown]

 Constructed Resonance: User enacts a powerful effect based on the song played for six turns as the user plays a specially attuned song remixed to align on a special frequency. [Requires preparing a song out-of-combat, 3 battle cooldown]


Character Skills:

  Telephonic Reverb: Sounds near the user can be broadcast to friendly units within a given radius who are not blocked by sound cancelling materials. Works better through solid or liquid mediums.

  Degradative Reverb: User attempts to destroy objects with ambient noise on a resonant frequency.

  Kickin' Tunes: User attempts to remove out-of-combat statuses with strong vibrations and calming tunes.

Rabbbit's Lucky Foot: Don't ask.
Rabbit's Cane: The greatest and most important tool in Beau's arsenal. Extremely blunt object useful for hitting people over the head, supporting weight, or just looking dapper. Surprisingly, it's almost indestructible and would easily survive immersion in molten chocolate. 1d10 bludgeoning damage.
Beau's Clothes: Elegant fashion for the distinguished gentleman of taste and class. Offers no real bonus.

Character Abilities:
(Passive) EN GARDE!: Subconsciously recalling his fencer's training, every successful hit against Beau increases his AC by +1, capping at +3. This is reset to 0 upon his AC preventing a hit due to overconfidence and forgetfulness.

(Active) Omnibash: Flailing wildly, Beau strikes a single enemy 10 times in quick succession. Each hit deals 1d4 damage. Cannot crit. Useable only once per battle. After use, Beau needs to take a breather and cannot use a move action on his next turn. If used while Noche del Conejo is active, each hit is increased to 1d6 damage, and the target is knocked by 5 foot per landed blow once all ten strikes have been launched.

(Active) Noche del Conejo: Spanish, meaning "Night of the Rabbit", Beau channels his inner beast, swelling massively in size and strength to approximately the scale of a large bear or extremely small killer whale. His AC is reduced by 2 and EN GARDE! no longer functions, but in return his damage per attack is increased to 2d8 and his strength modifier for non-combat purposes is increased to +6. Lasts for five turns. Cannot be canceled. After using this ability, Beau is exhausted and cannot use it for the next several hours.     
 

Character Skills: Athletic (Jumping, Running), Yelling Really Loudly (Beau's voice box is a natural megaphone+amplifier+4.1 surround sound system. Some say that in top form he can even rupture ear drums), Inspection (Beau is extremely adept at finding even the slightest traces of anything carrot-related.)
