I found lately, that embarking with succubi with the new Masterwork creatures on, tends to exchange the creatures pulling the wagon.

Instead of Nightmares, I'm getting Eliminator Minotaurs pulling my wagon to its site. And usually, one of those Eliminator Minotaur, are voted to become Dungeon Matron. So I basically get two extra fort members, with strong weapons skill, and large size, for no cost.

Its the grass sprites that are different in the spacefox versions. Its on my list. :)

if its not too much trouble, perhaps you could briefly detail how to replace the grass sprites from the LNP spacefox?
this is my lull week before project submissions and exams start coming in :/ am hoping to get some masterwork in

so i tried copying the spacefox files from LNP over to masterwork, but DF freezes on start. What am i doing wrong?

Succubus mode glitch:  The floating glass furnace's two options for clear glass blocks vs. windows both actually just produce windows.  Didn't test the green glass ones yet.

Probably everything. You cant just copy files into a modded game.

Hello Meph, thanks for your work. I am just wondering why spacefox in masterwork looks so different from spacefox in LNP? It looks much brighter in LNP as shown in the pictures below

Thank you for your attention
  • Copy /LNP/Graphics/Spacefox/data/art/Spacefox_16x16.png into your /MasterworkDwarfFortress/graphics/Spacefox/data/art/ folder
  • Delete /MasterworkDwarfFortress/graphics/Spacefox/data/art/Phoebus_16x16.png
  • Rename "Spacefox_16x16.png" to "Phoebus_16x16.png".

That should make it brighter.


To get the cute dwarves and stuff:

In Masterwork, open your /Dwarf Fortress/raw/graphics/ folder.

Delete these files:
  • graphics_obsidian_dwarves.txt
  • graphics_obsidian_elves.txt
  • graphics_phoebus_animals.txt
  • graphics_phoebus_dwarves.txt

Now open your /LNP/graphics/Spacefox/raw/graphics folder and copy over these files:
  • graphics_elves.txt
  • graphics_spacefox_dwarves.txt
  • graphics_dibujor_domestic.txt
And also copy these folders over too:
  • /dibujor/
  • /spacefox/
  • /humanlike/

That should give you Spacefox's Dwarves, Elves, and Farm Animals.
