John stands, checking his 1911's slide and sights for deviation, then he slowly and carefully threads the silencer.

"Greetings, John Smith, Majesties secret service."

John Smith extends his hand.

The woman didn't miss the looks directed her way. "Now I'm just embarrassing myself." She sighed and stood up, waving her hand and quickly magically expelling any of the water that might have gathered on her. She turned to the person with cat ears.
"So. My name is Mawr Heulen. What is yours?"

"Um.....d-do you have, uh, hobbies outside doing hero stuff?" Ryuto asks, eager to change the subject.

"Hm. Reading, for one. I used to exercise a lot but I obviously don't need to anymore. ...I need more hobbies."

[Corsair]

Nagisa looks around, taking note of the strange gesture people are making, grabbing each others hands and wrestling one another. A show of force, perhaps? It seems that her world's way of introducing oneself wouldn't lend itself to a place called Harmony after all. She'd consider herself lucky being greeted by strangers without a bullet wound or twelve.

Deciding to emulate the gesture, she walked up toward the crowd of people and extended her hand without a word.

All of whom hail from different worlds, and by the admission of an apparent cyborg, there are far better people who are better suited than her, and chances are, you, for this job.

You'd compare this, once again, to an JRPG, but quite frankly, you haven't been in the mood to do that for years now.

Oh and there's a girl apparently around your age with a metal flower sprouting from her back, offering a handshake to no one in particular. Lovely.
