I think it might be best to get help for him back at the base comrade. I don't think it would be wise for us to try to help him mid mission with our current knowledge and power.

Reserti waits for Dexter and Danh before leaving the knight. When they get there, he will say "Don't hesitate to tie him up if he becomes an issue. Until we get word from the Akras bossmen, his orders are guidelines, not orders." He tells them with his mic off while he strokes the neck of the bird, having landed a good forty meters away from the knight when he dropped his weapons.

Funfact. Removing arrows in the body is a great way to bleed out fast. It's actually safer to keep them inside the body.
