At the distance, missing the shot is nearly impossible, three of the four shots smashes into his chest, which just mushrooms out and falls harmlessly onto the floor when hit against his armor. The other one glances off his helmet.
The Carbine's three shot were grouped rather closely together, two of them smashes into his armor and, again, mushrooms out and drops onto the floor while the other one misses entirely and instead nicks Ratodx's helmet as he was just coming in.
Nobody got hurt, Regon likely only feel prods at where he was shot.
