Since I've stuck around long enough to see the end of today's TiR, might as well see who's going to win.

((Why do you trust me? Also, game perspective: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYK0p8sdmCI. Also, I've color-coded each of your characters:
Joachim: Blue. Nice, simple color.
Samuel: Red. Rage, and energy.
James: Green. Greed and money.
Also, From Fortune with Love is in the Platinum Strip, so I'm going to change Samuel's location to somewhere in the Silver Strip. Also, if some things don't happen in the game, like the guards when it ends, that's fine!))

Introduction: Point Tally
Location: Fortune City Arena
Time Remaining: N/A (TiR ends now!)
Music: Terror is Reality

As more and more cheers and boos fill the air, each one rearing up for bloodshed with the names of their favorite competitor echoing throughout the building, the fans of Chuck Greene continues to speak and yell, with his name repeating into the auditorium with gusto as Joachim leads the charge. "CHU-UCK, is yelled through the mouth of his fans, before they all clap and say, "GREE-ENE!. As the points rack up and the time runs down, however, more and more fans do something similar, except with another face, with James Vancoy with them. "AN-IM! *clap clap* WHI-ITE!" also echoes through the arena, with the respective competitors pumping a fist into the air.

Meanwhile, in the Silver Strip, staring at a TV is Sam, who is watching the event intently with each eye peeled.

Chuck turns back to the Zombies, with his headlights casting a golden glow on the proceedings, and begins accelerating towards them with a fire in his eye and smoke coming from the burning rubber of his wheels. [A/D: 13 vs. 14] But despite all of the fan support, Chuck drives past the group, only slicing off a couple of arms, which don't seem to count for any points.

Other then the incident with Anim, Zombies can't really get close enough to strike anyone usually, and this is no exception as the shambling horde just...shambles.

No one should count out 2nd Place, however, as the red clad Kris Bookmiller also begin revving his engine, before charging straight for the horde with both chainsaws still rearing to go. [A/D: 11 vs. 13] He, too, misses his mark as he spins away to avoid some of the swinging arms of the horde. The crowd doesn't boo at the lack of bloodshed, as Joachim and the Chuck marks are all disappointed, and the Anim fans are ready to have their hero take the gold.

And indeed, Anim begins charging his way towards the horde, ready to secure his win by any means necessary. [A/D: 20 (CRIT! Zombies Killed x2!) vs. 5. Zombies Killed: 11+5=16x2=32. 640 Points Gained. Total Points: 1,560] Anim cuts clean through the horde, with severed heads and torn intestines strewn about the floor with numerous other gibs splattered across the area. James and the Anim fans go insane as their hero ends up with a grand total of 1,560 points to his name! Anim raises both hands from the handlebars, fists raised in celebration as he cheers.

Meanwhile, the man in last place, Leon, begins smashing his fists into his handlebars in anger and rage before recklessly charging towards the Zombies. [A/D: 16-2 (Reckless) vs. 10. Zombies Killed: 13+10=23. 460 Points Gained. Total Points: 760] His anger pays off, however, as he pops a wheelie and smashed a Zombie's skull in before tearing apart a horde with a chainsaw, violently cutting them apart with organs slapping against the area.

A large buzzing strikes down all noise as guards start charging in with Cattle Prods, shocking the Undead down as TK's voice is heard throughout the arena once again. Anim climbs up with his, still celebrating as his helmet comes off. "Alllright! Let's wipe 'em off, and hose 'em down! Let's hear it people! And show some love for our winner tonight! He's a survivor! Straight from Willamette! He's...Anim White!". As the twins come up by him, Joachim looks on in shock. He thinks about Anim being from Willamette, hurting him as he remembers what happened in Willamette. "He risked it all, and he's taking home the big money!". At the sound of more cheers, the twins seem to talk to Anim for a bit, before handing him a check. "But we just getting started, people! The carnage is just beginning!", says TK as the twins come up by him, hands on their hips. "So right now, let me hear you make some noise!", he says, as more pyro and cheering comes up...

After the show, Joachim and James are both backstage, and Samuel is still in the Silver Strip. The TVs are now broadcasting a news story, with a newscaster talking over footage of what looks like protesting: "The zombie rights group C.U.R.E is in the news again. The protest group has shown up in the adult playground of Fortune City, which was chosen as the site of the latest installment of the pay-per-view game show, Terror is Reality. The protest just compounds the problems of the game show, which has been plagued recently by tumbling ratings and controversy. C.U.R.E was on the site of the show to display their opposition to what they call the unethical treatment of Zombies. Stacey Forsythe, the leader of the Nevada branch of C.U.R.E, had this to say:", before it cuts to said girl. She's wearing jeans, a green jacket, and an orange shirt. She also has red hair, and an angry expression is plastered on her face. "Let our government know we will not stand for their systematic neglect of the infected! We must take drastic action now!", just before the newscaster begins speaking again, "Public opinion is mixed on the group's views, which are sometimes seen as radical.."

"Radical doesn't even begin to describe these fools. Unethical treatment of ravenous undead? What a joke."

Samuel wanders off. The night isn't over yet and there are still people evading the iron fist of justice.

See if I can get Anim's autograph. That'd be something else.

((Sorry it took so long, guys! Anyway, there's no game perspective, so if things seem a bit sped up, it's alright.))

Introduction: The Fleeting Moments
Location: Fortune City Arena
Time Remaining: N/A
Music: None

All the way over in the Silver Strip, away from the hustle and bustle making up the civilians of Fortune City, Samuel watches the TV playing the C.U.R.E story with little sympathy or regard. "Radical doesn't even begin to describe these fools. Unethical treatment of ravenous undead? What a joke." he says, his voice raspy and scratchy, as though he hadn't spoken in hours. With his patrol still underway, Samuel walks away from the TV, listening for any sounds of struggle. [Spot Check: 4] But the sounds of the city block out the sounds in alleys and other areas, and so Samuel walks in the shadows, same as he always had.

Back in the actual Arena, stands the man named Joachim as he watches the TV, his expression sour as he speaks, "These people've got REALLY off kilter priorities. Not my problem.", his tone making it clear how uncaring he is of their sympathy. He walks off to the Arena's concession stand, located away from any of the audience permitted Backstage areas. He goes over, checking the quality of his food. [Food: 5] He gets a simple, plain Hot Dog on a Bun. Holding it in his hands, he walks off to explore the area a bit.

Hot Dog (Consumable): Will replenish 2 Health Squares upon activation.
A sausage on a bun, without any condiments. A quick little pick me up, I guess.

James stares at the TV for about 5 seconds, his face appearing confused and disturbed before he sums up with, "If I didn't know any better, I'd say the whole C.U.R.E. operation was some joke. The hell is this world coming to?". After that, he walks back through, in order to see if he can get an autograph from the winner, Anim White. [20] He not only convinces security to let him in with a bit of smooth talk, but they kick all but a select few reporters so that James can have a bit of privacy with the man. Walking up to the contestant in blue, he holds out a paper and asks for an autograph. Anim agrees, and signs his name in down onto it. Thanking Anim, James turns to leave...

Only for the sound of screaming to hit the ears of the two in the Arena. James peeks out of the door to find people running in fear down a hallway, while Joachin merely hears the yells and stands stock still. Chasing after the running people, is a single Zombie...followed by more Zombies. It appears that they've escaped, as Zombie after Zombie begins pouring out of every door and every corner. The Fortune City Outbreak has begun, and when it picks up speed, it's time to run.

As he walks, Samuel unconsciously starts voicing his thoughts. It's a habit, really. He does it whenever he's alone and no one's around.

"Now that I think about it, I haven't meted out justice to anyone today. When was the last time that happened?"

It's a slow night, huh? Giving up is not in Samuel's dictionary though. Keep wandering and I'll come across someone in need of Justice sooner or later.

((It's okay! Also, here's the new turn. Other then Psychopaths, I might stop linking to the in game footage. Also, I must ask again, what should the time ratio be? 6 seconds per turn, 5 minutes per turn? Just trying to figure that again.))

Introduction: The Outbreak (Part One)
Location(s): Fortune City Arena, the Silver Strip
Time Remaining: N/A
Music: None

With the blissful feeling of obliviousness, Joachim walks around the Arena, idly chatting with some of his fellow Chuck Marks. He then gets the idea to go to the local sporting goods store, and with that, he thinks back to when he saw a sporting goods store. [Location Check: 4] When no specific store comes to mind, he peers out the window, only to find a souvenir store, From Fortune with Love, staring him back instead of anything resembling a storefront full of MMA Gloves, Boxing Gloves, and other such goodies. [Spot Check: 15] He suddenly hears screaming, to which he turns around to see people sprinting out of the building...followed by the moans and growls that plagued Willamette. Fearing the worst, Joachim steps towards the entrance, trying to figure out where to go.

As the Zombies rush out of every corridor, every door, and begin clawing at people, James is, understandably, starting to panic as they begin charging out of every nook and cranny they can. As he looks around the area, he tries to find a place to hide. [7] He sees a door that Zombies haven't come out of yet, suggesting that they're going to be safe from the Horde, yet said Horde is right by the door, shambling around with their only care in the world being destruction. With Anim in tow, James tries to find an opening into the door [12] and sees the vaguest opportunity to go if they can get them away. James and Anim hide, before running toward the door. [A/D: 10 v 18] Despite the Zombies best attempts, Anim and James run in unscathed. True to their initial reaction, it seems empty, save for a discarded girls backpack. Someone else bolts into the room while distracted. With spiked blond hair and a yellow BMX outfit, it seems Chuck Greene has joined in the fun. He runs over to the backpack, crouching down next to it. Getting the implication, both men try to console him, only for a little girl to pop out of the green room. With yellow hair in pigtails and a pink jacket, she swats at Chuch and co. She calms down, and with a bit of banter, it seems that this is Chuck's daughter, Katey. The four then stay inside the Green Room, as the Outbreak happens around them.

Walking through the lights and sounds of the Silver Strip, Samuel walks the alleyways, while voicing his thoughts. "Now that I think about it, I haven't meted out justice to anyone today. When was the last time that happened?", he says, thinking back to the last time he chased someone down. [Memory Check: 12] He remembers an incident yesterday, around 2:30 PM. The girl was 25, and was brought up on manslaughter. [A/D: 10 vs. 7] Though she could fight, Sam's been doing this for a long time. Without much effort, just a kick to the arm and a punch in the jaw, she was brought into Fortune City's Police Department unconscious. It's clearly been a while, and it's been a slow night. Doesn't exist in Samuel's eyes, though. [Spot Check: 11] He hears something a bit more clearly, a call for help about a missing purse in the next alley. [Sneaking: 5] Despite the best efforts, as he gets there, he knocks over a trash bin. He sees the perp with a Kitchen Knife begin running towards Sam with a glare in his eyes, the stolen purse in hand. The victim, a 48 year old lady, steps back upon seeing this. [A/D: 6 vs. 10] Sam dodges a wide swipe of the Perp's knife, causing the poor thug to fall over on his own weight. [Memory/Spot Check: 18] Sam instantly recognizes the guy from a Police Bulletin. 19 year old Phillip Hoffman, with a warrant for Theft and Racketeering. As Phillip stands up with Knife in hand, Samuel assumes a Southpaw stance, waiting for the guy to make a move.

Everyone in the Fortune City Arena hears someone near the door shout out, a young woman who's voice is familiar. "There's a Security Room in one of the alleys over there, let's go!". [Spot Check: 2] Chuck, James, Anim, and Katey don't hear this, though the pitter patter of civilian feet suggesting they're running towards something still gives them a good enough intuition.

Knife. How many times did he see them already? Especially wielded in such an amateur-ish way?

Too many, really.

"You people really like your knives, don't you?"

Wait for him to attack, then dodge, move in close and knee him in the gut. If that connected, finish him off with an uppercut to the jaw.
