We don't have a waterleaf gathering tool

Tools are per turn, not per action. If it gives +2 to an action, you can't cheat the system by taking several actions. (Tools that specifically multiply certain actions such as the hoe do work for several actions). I advise against trying to abuse multi-action as it comes with a very real penalty.

I'm going to say that player characters are size 3.

If you take note of the wording in the last update, I stated that the logs are too heavy for the monkey, but only "pretty heavy" to you. Having capacity 8 means you can carry 2 and 2/3 logs at a given time. Items in the communal inventory are not restricted by this as it would be too much of a pain to track every single item. If it doesn't have a weight stat, the item can be freely moved.

@S34N1C: We do: "1 Gathering Tool: Waterleaf (+1 labor for gathering Waterleaf)"

But I meant the farming tool - not that it's really necessary if the labour is already in, and you still have leftover actions.

BTW, I edited my post.

@Supernerd: Thanks for clarifying. It wasn't abuse, just plain ignorance, I actually thought that a specific tool would be more useful for its job than a general farming tool.

Quote
Building: Increases the quality of buildings made. This effect stacks

We both have the "Building" ability; if either you or I alone make the palisade, it gets a (+) bonus, but if each of us does one of the two required labours, it stacks the bonus to (++).

It'd be better if others would ask that we collaborated in building whatever is necessary while they took over our lesser tasks, but i guess that's asking too much...

Where is the palisade? I haven't really been paying attention to everything, aside from the Yider.

Ooooooooooh.
I help Maegil work on the palisade at F7 using one labour point, and use the rest to farm for love berries. I research masonry as well so as to possibly make it a stone wall in the future.

No, we don't have enough food. We still have to harvest or we'll starve the next turn; that's why I want to swap with you for one of our three labours.

@Imic: you specified the location on which you're working this turn, but Supernerd wants us to acknowledge understanding the new rule that you must always specify the location on which you're working to make the post valid.

Sorry for late reply. I acknowledge the new rule. Easter Sunday uses all his labor points to cut down trees with his stone axe on G6. He starts researching broadhead arrows.

*Tip*
Research in progress will be forgotten when it appears to have been abandoned; usually after a third simultaneous research begins by a single person.

Turn 19
Upkeep: Four love berries are eaten

Beatrix Purnima gathers 1 Giant Waterleaf from the paddy field. Research on Glass has completed.

Asker of Questions moves to F7 and consumes an additional love berry to heal 1 health. Asker creates 5 Goldenwood arrows out of a Golden Branch and begins work on a palisade. The paddy field is upgraded to size 2.

The thought of trying to go inside a construction made entirely of bloody thorns is less than appealing.

Imic works with Asker of Questions to complete the Palisade, creating an object in F7 which will damage creatures on impact. It is more dangerous than the bloody thorns in the area, which your tribe has gotten mostly accustomed to; and it blends in with the scenery here. Imic uses the farming tool to gather 4 love berries and research on masonry is finished.

Easter Sunday collects 2 logs at G6, and adds them to the pile. Research begins on broadhead arrows. This causes research on Selective Breeding to be forgotten.
