Okay, I'll stay in, but most of my labour will consist of a 7 letter word spelt H-A-R-V-E-S-T

Hey guys. Seeing as how some people on the waitlist dropped, I might be next to join the game. Originally, I wanted to be a super efficient laborer/miner, but seeing as how we are barely keeping up with food demand, I wanted your take on what skills/abilities I should go with.

Meh, do what you want. We're this close to stabilizing our food supply, so a miner might be good for preparing for the future.

Correction: this turn we'll have a harvest of five berries, and, with the plot I extended, six on the next turn. The surplus will be handy to finally being able to lay eggs and leave the menial work for the offspring.

I guess I'll go for some general labor boosting skills, to build up an army a labor force.

Easter Sunday uses 1 rope vine and two simple strings to make a size 3 pit trap cover. If he can, he places it on the pit trap. He then starts researching selective breeding again.

I'm going to go ahead and give you a tutorial that I am going to call: "How to Imic"

You might want to add that we should decide what to eat and what materials we are using to build whatever, and add this to the OP.

Didn't I also research Better tools? I'm pretty sure I did and thus so would make it a collaborative research

Scout/map the area for D6. Forage for food if possible. Move back to E6. Research Better tools.

(From Tips): "Not only is it possible to research previously researched things, Imic's "Creative" trait actually gives a bonus when doing exactly that."

Oh wow, how did I miss this. My apologies imic.

Quickly move to G6 and search for the "Monkey" with the gathering tool. (blessing of wind perhaps?)

ELSE

If that is not an option move to F5 and scout the area.

Research Better tools.
(I'm just gonna keep researching this until someone gives me a good idea.)

Kindly re-read the research rules on the first post. Alternatively I guess you could cheat and read this paragraph.

Quote
Several members of your species can collaborate on research if they are in the same tile. Collaborating will reduce the amount of time it will take to complete a research. Note that if multiple civilians work on the same kind of research as individuals, you will unlock multiple similar techs.

Can we get a section in the OP for the current wait list? I would like to keep track of how close I am to entering the game.
