Name: Obito Lee
Age: 28
Personality
Obito is headstrong and fiercely independent, and does not take kindly to others forcing their authority upon her. However, she is also extremely pragmatic, and while she does not enjoy it she is perfectly capable of listening to others when the situation calls for it. She is not prone to lashing out in anger, instead keeping it contained for as long as possible. Not the best of ideas, perhaps, but that’s simply the kind of person she is. She is professional in public and on assignments for the most part, so quirks like this do not matter much in the end.
Obito also does not trust people very easily. Over a decade of watching her back against all sorts of people leads to that kind of thing. She also has a bit of a drinking problem, nothing that can’t be worked past, but it is notable. It helps her vent, however, so she is allowed that much, even if it does not fit into the image of a perfect head of family. We may have to look into this however, just in case it does become a problem.
-excerpt from the Lee family’s Family Register, written by several of its members over the years
Description: Obito is on the taller side of five feet, and looks remarkably well-groomed for someone who engages in combat so often. In fact, her face, hands and feet look completely pristine save for a few scars, and her usual clothes, a flexible black spandex suit covered by a pair of of trousers and vest that both contain many pockets. A pouch of some sort is tied to the belt. Her black hair is always at exactly the same length, going down to just slightly above her shoulders and no further. She also has green eyes, but there’s nothing particularly extraordinary about them.
The spandex hides a truly ridiculous amount of scars, however. While she has not obtained new ones in years, being able to call up armor as strong as The Beginning is convenient like that, and several have already faded, the signs of so many different battles have yet to disappear, and some simply never will.
Backstory
The world is a most malleable place. Great feats such as creating entire forests in a week or the destruction of equally large plots of land in but an instant can be accomplished with sheer, single-minded conviction and the belief that this is how things should be. A person can alter the world or themselves to with but two words so long as they are willing to work long and hard enough to convince the world this is how things should be. However, this carries its risks, and is what led to The Land’s name being The Land. Many a place has been altered almost irreparably by careless renaming, such as in the case of the now-uninhabited Land of Fire. Worse, such effects are far harder to reverse. Hence, it has been agreed to simply call our world The Land, lest it change into something far worse.
However, such potential being in the hands of almost every human in existence means that there are some who wish to make great changes regardless of the cost, and there are inevitably people who prefer the world just the way it is. This has led to the world being embroiled in war for hundreds of years now, and the people who have invested their time into this practice of manipulating the world are requested for other tasks. Public showings, large-scale repairs as well as far darker things such as assassinations and all-out war are all things people such as they are paid to do, on top of fighting those with opposing ideologies for how the world should be with startling regularity.
A world covered in shadow wars, regular wars and gods standing among men. That is the state of The Land now.

The Lee Family is, perhaps, one of the most recent Great Families to have appeared, though as is always the case such a thing is impossible to say for certain. Many families have concealed their existence for a century or more in the past. In the end, however, the more important detail about them is that they are easily one of the smallest of the Great Families as well, and certainly the smallest of those who wish to keep the world the way it is.
In fact, it is believed by most that a single individual by the name of Kaguya Lee was almost singlehandedly responsible for propelling the family to Great Family status roughly twenty years ago. While this is not entirely untrue, it ignores a number of other factors. In the end, while Kaguya was the most prominent prodigy the family had produced in that time period, helped by his development of the Replacement and Throw techniques(instantaneous movement on the battlefield and the ability to lift and throw anything regardless of weight or size, respectively), he was far from the only one. As far as most experts can tell, a combination of luck and good genetics led to the family to birth a surprisingly large amount of very talented fighters and businessmen during a five-year period, allowing the family to shoot upwards and, in a very short time, make a claim for, and acquire, the status of Great Family.
While most would have assumed that the event referred to as the Blood-Lee Night by those with a particularly morbid sense of humour would have robbed the clan of most of its strength, the Great Family displayed a large amount of never-before seen wealth. Numerous high-ranking people within other Great Families believed to have been responsible for the deaths that occurred that night were found dead in their homes anywhere between one and three weeks later as well, though accounts are unclear. Almost a month later, Obito Lee became the matriarch of the Lee Family at the young age of 13.

The top part of the letter is crinkled and torn, completely unreadable
Dear Lady Lee
The next few lines are smudged, presumably by a liquid of some kind.
The Krakowiak family would like to express its deepest condolences over the death of your cousin. We would like to offer you some support in finding the killer, and as such have sent a group of 5 men, including the current head of family’s son, name unreadable, starts with Ale, to aid you in those and other matters. Due to the man’s skills, we would suggest he be assigned to you as a personal bodyguard, to ensure something equally tragic does not happen to someone as high-ranking as you.
We would like to send more support, but due to distance and time constraints, along with some truly unruly clans making threats along the borders of our territory, we are afraid that is not possible. Of course, we have included a proposal along with this letter that would make such things far easier, and we would advise you to consider it. A joining of the families would be beneficial to both, and as the smallest Great Family, such a boost to manpower would be of great help in our humble opinion.
We do not mean to rush you, of course. You may have all the time you need to mourn and consider. However, we strongly urge you to consider quickly. The next two to three months will be the most crucial for how people view the apparent weaknesses in your security measures, and as such will be when the largest amount of assassination missions will be made, to exploit those weaknesses.
The rest of the letter is completely unreadable, save for the very last few lines.
Sincerely,
Abdul Krakowiak.

Non-rolled stats, of course, have no affect on any roll.

The Beginning(Level 2): Obito manifests a large, black skeletal body(minus the legs) around herself. Causes Obito to occupy 2 adjacent tiles instead of one(if an opponent or ally occupied one of these tiles, they are pushed away into an adjacent tile) and halves Movement Range. As long as this skill is active, Obito gains a +4 bonus to both ATK and DEF. Requires a turn to dispel.
Left Arm of the Beginning(Level 1): Obito either manifests The Beginning’s left arm or has it slam the arm down, targeting one adjacent tile. An enemy occupying that tile takes 1d4 + ATK/2 damage and moves 4 squares backwards(relative to Obito’s position). Allies can also be affected by the knockback, but not the damage.
Right Arm of the Beginning(Level 1): Obito either manifests The Beginning’s right arm or has it swing it widely. A 3x3 square in front of Obito is targeted by the attack, dealing 1d8 + ATK damage to all enemies caught within the area of the sweep.
Replacement(Level 1): Obito replaces either herself or another unit with one other unit within a 3-tile radius. Can be used instead of actual movement.
Unique Skills
Steal(Level 1): Grants Obito the ability to steal a single accessory from an opponent. Opponent must be within one tile of Obito. 2 turn cooldown, first theft against a given opponent automatically succeeds.
Steal Skill: Grants Obito the ability to steal a single a single Skill from an adjacent opponent, granting Obito permanent access to that Skill, and causing the opponent to lose access to the stolen Skill for the rest of the battle. This Skill can only be used once per battle. This Skill cannot be dodged, blocked or otherwise negated. Skills granted by an Advantage cannot be stolen through this Skill.
Advantage
The Best Thief: Obito has had a lot of time to perfect her skill in theft. This grants her access to 2 Unique Skills, Steal and Steal Skill. Steal may be performed once per turn as a free action.
Equipment: You get four slots for equipment.
Weapon: None.
Side: None.
Helm: None.

Hardened Gauntlets: +1 ATK. They are gauntlets. Durable ones, too. They hit hard.
You may start off with 2 pieces of equipment, 1 piece of equipment and 1 accessory, or 2 accessories.
