Morwenna stumbled away from the thing, she looked around terrified by what had just happened. In her  panic she looked around for a familiar face,

Gasping for a breath, Rairi steeled herself with the sound of Morwenna's panic. She ran towards her, grabbing her arm. "Do not worry! I'm here! We need to get out, now!"

She ran away from the creature, towing Morwenna behind her.

"Don't let them go too far, Takeshi, I need to speak with them." At this, the armored teenager turns and shouts at the two fleeing.

"Hey, don't go too far, turns out I'm gonna need your help in a sec here!" He brandishes his sword, bringing it up into a high guard as the beast grunts and stirs, quickly becoming louder and apparently angrier.

"Do you accept that what I am about to do will grant you the power to avenge your friend and fight similar monsters, but also comes with an obligation to use said power to protect others of my kind? If you accept, I will proceed immediately." The cat's tail swishes, an uncharacteristic mannerism for the average feline.

Yuko's call quickly reaches an emergency responder. She asks what the situation is, and where she is calling from.
