Great...now I'm trying to imagine what seven fingers that means. Does he have 7 on each hand? Three on one and four on another?

If it were, Armok would have 20 on each hand.

Anybody can try to draw Armok, it's just that they'd go insane in the process, becoming incapable of doing anything meaningful before they finish.
Thus, why I said it's impossible to draw Armok.

That's just one knuckle.
Imagine what the rest of him looks like.
You'd start rolling on the floor foaming at the mouth if you saw that in person.
That's why Armok talks to people as a voice of doom rather than appearing to them.
And his voice of doom is how he whispers.
