This is the Mutant guy from the same Wasteland mod. Our main foe, kinda a mix of a goblin and a dwarf:

No thats the light hes emiting because there isnt any lights in th mineshaft. You know cause dwarfs see in the dark

They are supposed to be punk-like buggers who try to steal your drugs :D.

He looks like either an old elf or a shaven dwarf. And neither of those things exist.

(Edit) Had some spare time, so he got a little animated.

To Fault: I'm actually alot happier with him now too, I had to add the facepaint to tie the beard in with his face otherwise your right... elven beards look odd!
