You forgot to make the rest of the body feminine......

yeah I didn't do that.

The pants and armour are either too billowy or too restrictive to show body shape properly.
Also, I don't think there's much of a difference physically, besides subtler body shapes (hourglass figures?) and the absence or presence of certain features.

I'd probably give the female goblins more prominant cheekbones and slightly smaller waists. Nothing major, but just enough to give a suggestion of 'not maleness'.

Yeah, If I'm gonna actually put some effort into a female goblin drawing, I'd proabably do that too, rather than just edit boobs onto a drawing not originally intended to have them.

That pic was done more as a joke than a serious comparison study.

Also those boobs are either really saggy, or coming out of the bottom of the rib cage for some inexplicable reason :P

yeah I noticed that too. The leather chest piece was the only area that could be easily modified. If I had altered the area above that I would have had to redraw all the complicated folds in the red neck cloth.

Also those boobs are  really saggy

Or, you know, female goblins could haglike in their form, so that might actually be accurate. eww.

I certainly wish you didn't put as much thought into it as you did.

Meep.

Back into my old 3D skills. And learned a few things about the fantastic world of splines and curvy surfaces, was more into low level editing, because I used to make lowpoly 3D models for game development.

Also posted these back in my textures thread, since that is what I am trying to test out, the awesome textures!

They still don't tile perfectly, but I think.. the Basalt cavern shows how good of an idea it was to preserve the detail than making them more uniform to tile next to eachother.

Faults goblin Isn't ALL that bad...  *dirty thoughts about saggyness*
Is that imp female Ironhand?

it's mostly like.. draw a line... looks bad.. UNDO... draw again.. looks bad.. UNDO.. draw again.. until it looks good.
I consider myself a decent artist, and this is the ultimate secret of the craft.
Actually the ultimate secret of the craft is to not do that.

Invariably, you'll usually create better looking works if you just run with the flow and fix up mistakes later. Start big, slowly work smaller and smaller until you're on details.

One of the common factors you'll see in professional artists using tablets is they often start with huge blocky lumps of colour and just keep drawing, erasing only when absolutely necessary.
Well, yes you do that to... Guess I don't actually think that much of what I'm doing, I just do, and it comes out well. Upon thinking I think I generally try to leave errors be when skeching, but on inking I want few, perfect, clean lines so i undo a lot.
