I don't think any of them have clothes, and it's more than silly to assume they have genitalia since they don't reproduce.

Given that tentacle demons are humanoid (I always imagined them more like blobs with tentacles everywhere) I guess that makes them like Doc Ock, with tentacles coming out of their back. I can't find the raw though...

They're the only Demon in the game with a gender, and that gender is always male. When you find them there is a white 'unidentified fluid' in the chamber. I'd say it's safe to say they're hentai penis tentacle monsters.

I always imagined them as hentai fiends, tentacles mirv-ing from every appendage, squirming, ready to rape any who stray in LOS.

with all the talk about demons, I decided to finish my series of HFS drawings.



At first I them as blobs of tentacles, then as sort of lovecraftian creatures, but from reading the raws, and finding that they were humanoid, I now picture them this way: gangled, deformed and purple skinned humanoids with tentacles protruding from their bodies.

I read that as "trying to scare dwarves by waving around tentacles with elves on them"

Yeah, looks about right.  In game, however, they only have Combat Tentacles (not linking directly to tvtropes to avoid that meme).  They only really become dangerous when you give them the grasp tag and they start stealing weapons and breaking arms.

adding grasp also allows them to steal clothes. a while ago there was a BIG thread on ways to make tentacle demons worse.

I'm pretty sure that if tentacle demons manage to get even one article of clothing, they will proceed to bash everything to death with it.

I'm going to add [GRASP] to those tentacles now. They need to be harder to deal with.

(Also, nice Tentacle Demon. Whenever I imagine them I think of Venom)

thanks for the comments, although I do think the perspective in my image is a bit wonky, and his right arm just looks out of place. he also doesn't appear to have a pelvis.

Also, a quick check of the raws reveals that the Tentacles have claws on the end of them, and that they attach to the Upper Body, so i'm guessing they'd come out from behind the shoulders or chest. Behind the shoulders would probably look better.

So i totally just noticed that the leader Demon does not have wings.
