Impressive as always, Mr. Dots.

In the first one, the only thing that seemed to grab my attention but seem out of place was what looked like a suspended lump of golden rock in the middle of the sky.

In the second one, I had a feeling of cold.  Lots of cold, with a potential for safety in what looks looks like a fortress.  I was able to imagine the misery and hope of the immigrant that I'm guessing is the source of this point of view as they cross a mountain range to reach their destination.

This thread needs a boost. If I had any artistic skills I'd put something here.
But I don't. Have something I'd like to draw if I could.

Close your eyes and imagine the hellcrab.

Not sure how a crab would appear emaciated, given the shell and all.

It's a waxy shell.  I can imagine it being all shriveled looking, like a dried chili pepper.

I have an idea. Let's play a game where you win by being as quiet as possible.
I get it, it's one of those games where losing is fun!

Zach went out to hunt some night creatures and found a bunch of monsters of twilight up in a tree... turns out their blood-sensing ability allowed them to detect all the scary beasts deep underground and they wanted nothing to do with it, so they fled from their lair (which was not attached in any way to the beasts underground) and treed themselves.

Is this a reference to the comments Toady made about night creatures leaving their lairs and climbing trees to get away from things underground that they couldn't possibly see?  Those scary, scary clowns.

Pardon my ignorance, but I have to ask -- is Adventure Time itself a parody of classic Legend of Zelda?

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Leader of the local goblin civ came to lead the Elk Bird/Voracious Cave Crawler lasher cavalry during my most recent siege. Interestingly, he was totally unarmed and unarmored; his most interesting features were a grizzly bear pelt cloak, which I totally gave up on trying to draw properly, "very long" ears, and "slightly bulging" red eyes. Doodled him while waiting for someone to unlock a door for me.

Bonus: my Baron is a whiny fatty, and my captain of the guard is a badass grandma.

Ya, know I never thought about that. I don't think so but it might be.
