The posture of the one on the left seems a little off to me. When I blocked out the figure, the pose looked fine, but after adding the skirt, she looks kind of off balance, or something.  It could be that I draped the skirt incorrectly.  I might need to look up a pose, for reference.

I think I know the problem here. She does look like she has her knees bent slightly to be in a strange very slight squatting position, which is as awkward as it sounds. The dress by her right ankle needs to drape down a bit more from the butt, much like the clothes on the others are doing. I am digging the squatter fatter style you are giving them, reminds me of the Greek ideal body of being heavily muscled with a decent layer of fat over it.

Paint's gotten "better" since Windows 7. More tablet friendly and whatnot so something like that is pretty basic... if you're used to drawing landscapes.
Still looks nice though.
