Aren't Guard captains exempt from punishment? The one's I've seen beat up, even kill dwarves, never were called to justice for what they did. They ARE justice.

Haha thanks, guys! The camera shot is a bit blurry and from the wrong angle really, but I guess it looks ok . I was actually thinking of sending it to Toady as a little token of my appreciation, but it'd probably get broken en route...

1m cubed box, full of packing peanuts, with the figurine in the center.

You could just make a mold and cast a metal figurine. That should survive without much packing. I don't know exactly how it's done but Dwarf Fortress has taught us that all you need is a rock boulder, a metal bar and some charcoal (or magma).

It definitely seems ,to me at least, as if the Captain of the Guard raped him (1 hour later, rapist grin, the black dwarf lying curled into a fetal position, probably crying and chanting "This didn't happen to me. This didn't happen to me...")

Hmm.  I suppose it's the fetal position that really does it.  I was too lazy to draw his face again, and that seemed like the easiest way to do it. 
Also, his head should've been on the floor, so it wouldn't look like he was still awake.
Oh well.

He was just administering justice.  The militia commander had failed to make some native aluminum items eight years ago.
