I was bored, so I drew this in two hours I had to kill tonight.  Haven't drawn in years... basically since before I came to college.  I need more practice.  I think I'll call this "Battle in the days of Yore."  I would scale this down a bit but it is 1am and I don't know how in BBcode, nor would I care to re-upload it with my current situation of a limited internet connection.  Not quite as bad as dial up but I am still going through an EDGE wireless connection.  *Blehck*

It looks like the water on the left comes right up to the bridge... or maybe it's a window to the sky outside? That water is making me trip balls.

the arm has some issues. the dark ground on one side and bridge on the other makes it look weird, maybe you could put some light grey on the lower side of the arm? And the hand and sword are at a weird angle. Add some foreshortening to the sword. And the right foot could use some work.

Agreed with all feedback except shortening the sword and the sword - hand angle.  That was a deliberate choice.

I see what you're trying to do there, and I think the sword needs to pointing a little more directly at the "camera", to make it more obvious.
