More important: kobolds do not have tails and have beards, hair and moustache :).

You've drawn a lizardman or an olmman, but he's still very nice.

P.S. I withdraw my comment about beard and moustache and sideburns, they have them set up but not applied (for some reason), but otherwise they are 3-toed brown-skinned gremlin-like critters with yellow eyes.
