The expression on that severed head is just UNNERVING, by the way. Not that it shouldn't be, mind, dead people can't really choose what they look like. As to why he is carrying around a head, maybe he's an adventurer? Adventurers do crazy shit like that all the time.

SCATHING CRITICISM: ANATOMICAL ERROR! Ants, (all insects I belive,) have all their legs attached to the metathorax. Also, they only have three body segments: Head, metathorax and abdomen. Yours seems to have four.

With the earlier, much-bashed female figure, I think the main problem was that the torso bit was too tall compared to the rest. Move the hips up.

I hate to state the obvious, but if he didn't have that extra body segment, how would he be able to play basketball?

bravo for that. Your picture legitimately looks like a well-thought race idea, rather than a different coloured human with desert acessories tacked on.

I am now imagining an elaborate network of large water jars buried underground, forming a relay system that allows long treks across the wider parts of the desert. And a whole social class of people whose job it is to keep them filled, ferrying large water caravans across the sands, perhaps carried on some biologically questionable giant desert crabs. Yeah, definitely want to see giant desert crabs.

Did you happen to see the thread with about 45 pages about people carrying around severed arms and beating entire villages to death with it?
