Anyways, at the start of the flashback there was something like rural maldives? Whatever ruural Moldavie meant.

The bulldozer dwarf knocks over Wesleys house, who is annoyed about that and asks politely "What is this?!" , the other replies with I knocked over your house, W replies with ...yes, but why?!
I am a bit impulsive, bye!
and the dozerdwarf goes away, but is chased mercilesly and caught.
Begging for mercy, he begins to tell the story of his life. Triggering a bewildering flashback:
 Indeed he is the product of a russian dozer and a simple maldavian heroinfarmer dwarf, unfortunately farming was collectified and all the other dwarves touched his wife, he then died from looking at abstract art. His mom opened a bistro on another planet, but went bankrupt because it is uninhabited. That is why he knocked the house over.
and all is forgiven.

Purple caps have medicinal uses.

The cartoon is part of an actualities program, so probably tied to a current topic or event.
In this case probably a medical study linking terrorism with childhood trauma or something.

Anyhow, the part where daddy dies from a bad rendition of abstract art made me think of DF. Probably glossed over the part where he throws a tantrum about the art and lkills all the other farmers.

Does that also imply that Maldivians are heroin farmers?

The whole thing made absolutely no sense, at all, and I don't see how its related to DF.

No. Maldavia is probably the first far eastern country to pop into the artists mind, Afghanistan would be more accurate, but current events would distract too much attention to this detail, changing the focus of the cartoon.

Damn! Now even smurfs and querxes (local variant of dwarves where i live) have entered the thread! We are all going to die! Anyway thats the most heroic and artistic display of a smurf that i have seen so far.

Or the guy did froze to death. Then he needs his spear as support and some epic background with aglacier fortress and skelks.
