I won't talk about anathomy because there's none . The drawing is good but the shading is wrong: you see that the light source is on the right when you look on legs/body, but when you look on the pauldrons it's on the left. Also there's no shadow from arms/weapon, and you forgot about speculars. Other than that, go ahead, amuze us with your new art, and a practice is the key!

I originally had him in goggles like my mechanic wears... but then I couldn't show the scar on his right eye, so I left him with only one goggle.

I would imagine the arsenal master as being more like Q from James Bond than a crazy badass. Not that I have a problem with badassery.
