This is my latest embark, Raldakost 'Silveryfloor', population around 210. With the only source of water deep under the earth, and the fortress in the hands of a mad, perpetually gloomy duke. He put two dozen dwarves in jail at once, four starved. Three wounded dwarves died of thirst in the hospital. One baby, the goblin-man got. The children of the incarcerated wandered off into the cold. The few dwarves who actually fell in battle shall be called lucky.
