You should give the Sylvan elf a make-over.
He doesn't look like the tree-hugging animal friend that the sylvan elves are supposed to be.
The others are great though.

you're right, Ein. the Sylvan was originally just a drawing of a generic elf.
I should do one in a more hippie, flower-child style.
Also I'm surprised no one has pointed out that the Sylvan's symbol is a pot leaf.

Also, Upon closer inspection of the SVART pic, I remembered that I had not drawn it with short legs, its just that he is wearing the loin cloth kinda low around the waist. (see the lines upward from the belt, those are like the beginning of the hip-thigh area.) this lends more credence to the whole monkey-posture theory proposed earlier.

though compared to the other elves, the tuatha looks way shorter than it should even by human standards.

Maybe the Tuatha isn't shorter, but rather he is stockier and drawn out of scale with the others.

Hmm, currently I'm questioning when Armok started to like kobolds, was it during the time of the Kobold Quest?

The Tuatha guy STILL looks like he belongs at the ski lodge, with a mug of beer and a snowboard, more than in a forest.

...not that that's bad.

Thanks for asking!  :)

I dunno, I'm thinking of taking after Deon and starting a webcomic on SmackJeeves. You know, tie some story to all my random drawerings.

I've also been encouraged to do more stuff in a realistic, graphite pencil style.

Deon has a webcomic?!

Anyway, looking forward to it.

yeah there's a link to it in Deon's signature. It's a graphic adaptation of BOATMURDERED!

although, I'm a little worried about hosting a comic on that site. I've looked over the subject matter of most of the popular publications, and let's just say that the readership does not sound like the kind of crowd I'd like to be lumped in with.  :-\

A lot of the comics are either poorly drawn manga, cheap flash production, or sprite-works...
quality seems quite difficult to find on Smackjeeves... I am, of course, judging these works from an artistic perspective. There could be some fairly good storytelling behind all the cliched images, but I don't think I'm willing to look past them.

He looks like he provides other elves with tech support.

Hey Fault! Those elves are great. I hope to see a makeover of Sylvan soon :D.

Yeah I grabbed the first hosting as an experiment and didn't check SmackJeeves' contents, but I must say that there're a few good comics, but they are rare.

In any case,  I hope to see more from you, your style will make sure you're popular.
