Here's one that I just made..  it's of a goblin invader being perforated by a crossbow weapon trap.  I hope I captured his feeling of surprise adequately.

It's almost nothing compared to what I can do now, I kinda just look at it and think, "Seesh no depth nearly, and it's pretty darn static too"

I think I will do a picture now thats more recent big time.

Haha, this is actually based on a true story. I'm sure everyone has encountered this before, especially if you've played the old, 2 z-level version. But this one was when my metalsmith decided it would be an awesome idea to fetch the pants of a dead goblin who was incinerated by a zombie wyvern, while the Wyvern was still there.

To the guy who made zombie wyverns, I love you. They're like dragons, only harder to kill, can fly, and breathe supah fire.

Good stuff,  both very funny and great artwork!   My ratman's a hump, compared.  I'm less inclined to competition and more just want to see the cool stuff everyone's making.
